Extremely Unprofessional and Non-responsive

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of Greenwich Peninsula Lettings Limited. Despite a previously good relationship, recent issues including skyrocketing costs and multiple tenants leaving have raised concerns.However, the most distressing aspect is the company's failure to return my £3000 deposit after I checked out the property on May 23rd. Despite numerous emails and attempts to contact them, they have ghosted me and shown no interest in resolving the matter. Even after initiating a request for repayment through the tenancy deposit scheme a month ago, I have received no response.I strongly discourage engaging with this company and award them a one-star rating. Their failure to meet basic professional standards and their negligence regarding deposit repayment has left me frustrated and disappointed.

extremely poor service!!!!!!!!

extremely poor service! multiple emails to get one response in 2 weeks! never get through telephone! They took out our bathroom tiles 6 months ago without permission to check leak. promised to fix it, no one came for 6 month! We had lukewarm water for 1 year, contacted their hot water provider, it's not their problem. We paid for plumber to change tap mixer and found it might be the pipe problem, which should be fixed by management. Management just ignore us and never come to check!!!!!!!!!!!

I went with my friends and already had…

I went with my friends and already had a pre-booking. We also came prepared with our IDs but they didn’t let us in. Their reasoning was “These are not your IDs” even though we provided other IDs with the same names. It was a very bad experience and we felt like we were all picked out for whatever reason. A group of girls went in straight after us and their IDs weren’t even checked.

Can not recommend Greenwich Peninsula Lettings enough. I sent an enquiry via Rightmove and 30 minutes later Joe called and spoke through several options and followed up with videos of each property (this kind of service is hard to come by these days!) He had answers to all of our questions and his knowledge of the upper riverside development is extensive to say the least. Joe arranged 3 viewings for us, and whilst viewing them a 4th came onto the market. Joe managed to get us into the 4th property an hour later and we put an offer in there and then. Referencing completed and contract was signed 4 days later👍🏼
