Our process of buying our first home was handled excellently by Nagilla, she really went the extra mile to help out in any way that she could for us. Her work was spot on and she really made the process so much easier for us especially hence we are first time buyers and have never experienced anything like this before. Buying and selling is often fraught with raised hopes and last minute changes. Connie Staff at Minors & Brady was always very positive and kept me very much in the loop with all the sudden changes when I was buying. Even when we had a purchase fall through she remained positive and I would definitely recommend her and the agency for being proactive and dynamic.

I sold my flat this year (2023) after putting it up for sale in 2022. Unfortunately my first sale fell through and the second sale that completed was for 15K less. However I don't blame Minors & Brady for this but more the first buyer and the current state of affairs with the world.Minors and Brady did me a great deal on selling my flat and were really good at communicating throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the pictures they took of my flat and was fairly happy with the amount of interest generated considering the circumstances.The best part of my experience with Minors and Brady was the after sales care from Rosie. She was really good at chasing and making sure things were moving along and was very pleasant to deal with.Overall I would recommend Minors and Brady and will keep them in mind for the future.
