While this is a specific review for Kirsten Stimpson, who has been so patient, cheerful, kind and intelligent in taking pains to help me with the amendments and additions I was making to the detail on the very good marketing material Minors & Brady produced for me, I would also like to say here how good I have found them to be. Really excellent. Professional, courteous, completely switched on and effective. The presentation of their marketing - photographs and information and so on - is absolutely second to none. I also need to mention specifically Curtis, Charlie, Matthew, Connie and Dan, all of whom have been great. Charlie has managed the majority of the negotiations, and done a great job, Curtis did the valuation and was absolutely on the money there, Matthew and Connie have supported their colleagues, helped and advised me so well, and Dan has done an amazing job of being perfectly informed and up to date even though only taking on my sale on a one-off once a week occasion. Not only have all these people been so good personally, it is clear that they have a really sound team attitude - they have always made all communications smooth no matter who I last spoke to. They pass the ball. Thank you to all.

Jasmine Fitt and 3 others at Minors & Brady helped my Husband and I find our new rental home in Norwich after we had a nightmare situation happen with another agency leaving us homeless the day before our move! I immediately started looking for another property as we had all our belongings packed up in a van ready to move from London to Norwich the following morning. When I called M&B to enquire about viewing the property and explained our situation to Jasmine, she moved with so much urgency and organised a next day viewing of the property with her. Her colleague Elliot Stubbs who was in office on Coronation Bank Holiday day received our offer and put it through to the landlord. We were then was handed over to Luke Savins who confirmed the landlord accepted our offer and then spoke with him to sort out paying our deposit. He was super attentive to the the urgency of the situation and efficient with any questions we had about the entire process. Once everything was received, I then liaised with Beth Linden to complete the rest of the application and everything was processed in one week she ensured everything was super speedy! Overall had an amazing experience with everyone at Minors and Brady and we are so grateful for them saving us and finding our new home here in Norwich. They not only have great staff, but really good properties. My Husband and I will definitely be using their services in the future when we start looking for our forever home here in Norfolk.Thanks so much for your amazing teamwork!

Outstanding! After 4 months without a viewer we moved to Minors and Brady and our property was under offer after 10 days! Someone has really thought about how to sell property and every single member of staff we have met or spoken to are giving 100% to help you sell and in our case buy as well. All staff are friendly, polite, helpful and fully committed to their jobs. Special thanks to the Wroxham office - Liam, Laurel, James, Penny, Abi and Lee in Sales and Claire in After Sales. This Agency sent me a letter saying my house was worth more than I had it on the market for. I asked them for a valuation visit and the so called valuer arrived looked around was very complimentary about the house and then put a figure on the house £20,000 less than it was on for!!! He also refused to negotiate on fees although he had the authority or so he claimed to do so . He was rude and treated us like fools. We have over 40 years of estate agency and mortgage experience and were treated like numbskulls.As an aside his aftershave was to powerful and it took us more than an hour to rid ourselves of his aroma.They are not customer friendly in the least and seem to send these letters out just to lure you into getting them to value your property.My advice as a former estate agent and mortgage broker is to put your house on the market with any other agent
