We used minors and brady lowestoft branch for the sale of our house. I have to say that they were brilliant. Dan the branch manager especially goes above and beyond to ensure things are going smoothly. We sold our house within a week of being on market but it was the after sales care in which we found to be spot on. The stress of solicitors can be a bit much however minors and brady made that experience 10 times better than when I tried to move before with a different estate agent. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Minors and Brady are actually the seller's agent, but they have been extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. Both Rosie and Emma have been 'A MAZE ING' as Craig Revell-Horwood would say and a mention too for Kirsten, my original point of contact at MB. I have to say, I love Rosie! Her zest, her knack for getting things done, her attention to detail and her commitment. Rosie's communication skills are great and her temperament, wow! If I needed a customer facing person for my business, I would relentlessly hunt Rosie down and poach her.

Cassandra Creak took care of us from the get go.Throughout our purchase we were looked after and made to feel like family. We would highly recommend Minors and Brady for both sale and purchase having used both services very recently. We cant thank both the Norwich team and Lowestoft enough and more specifically Cass, who was so polite and kind that she never corrected me even when i called her kath for about 3 weeks
