Minors & Brady have been fantastic to work with from start to finish. The photography really captured my house in its best light, viewings were organised efficiently and communication was always easy with both the sales and after sales team. Rosie in particular really helped move my sale along; always responding quickly, promptly managing my requests, while offering advice and expertise along the way. All in all, the team have been fantastic and I will definitely be using Minors & Brady in the future.

Very impressed with the service provided by Minors & Brady, they have a seamless process throughout, from marketing our property to booking in potential buyers to moving over to the after sales team, all members of staff have been polite friendly and professional. Claire from the after-sales team has been outstanding, I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough, she has gone above and beyond helping out and ensuring that our sale went through. From the start Minors and Brady were so much better than our previous agents. As we struggled to go towards completion, and when we were kept waiting - pushed from pillar to post by the solicitors, Rosie at Minors and Brady always fought our corner. Minors and Brady Caister have been so helpful, they helped us with all our viewings and always called us the next day to see how we got on with the viewing and when we found the house that we loved and put an offer in they helped us with it straight away. We have had Melanie for our viewings and she has been helpful and tired to answer all the questions that we have had.

We are only at the viewing stage at the moment but I had such a positive experience being shown around one of the properties by one of the estate agents Emily. She was able to help me vision different things in the house and different ideas that could be taken forward and gave me time to view it carefully without feeling rushed. She was so friendly and chatty and overall made it such a positive experience.
