TrustpilotExcellent experience
We viewed 2 properties yesterday in Lowestoft - the first in our first-time-buyers journey. The initial booking of the viewings was very easy, with office staff being extremely helpful and taking the time to explain and talk me through things. Both viewings were with Hannah who was very friendly and cheerful, instantly making me feel at ease. I'd prepped some questions to ask about the properties, which I didn't end up needing to ask, as Hannah had already answered them whilst showing the houses in the first place. All in all, I can't fault the experience I have received with Minors and Brady so far!

Had nothing but good experiences with minors and Brady. The agents are all really helpful and friendly. I have regular contact with them as in the process of selling my property. Went to view a property yesterday with agent Hannah she is also the agent that’s been showing people round my property and is doing a wonderful job at attracting viewings for me. She is really friendly and helpful and answered any questions that we had. Defo recommend minors and Brady to others.

TrustpilotPersistence
As a company we sell many properties and deal with many agents. The team at Minors and Brady persisted and managed to secure a sale efficiently. Securing a sale is one thing however Jasmin's willingness and persistence to see the sale through to completion was first class. I hope to have the opportunity to use Minors and Brady again. Many thanks. Ross

GoogleMade an appointment with M & B to view a property. They confirmed the time by telephone. Arrived at the property only to be told that we were not expected. Owner had in fact been told that we hadn’t got back to them to confirm. After viewing (the owner kindly showed us round) we put in an offer. Contacted M & B the following afternoon to find out if the offer had been accepted. Was told ( very curtly) that a voicemail had been left declining the offer. No it wasn’t! Not impressed with their service or attitude and after talking with the owner of the property neither was he.

TrustpilotConnie is an absolute star!
Connie has taken time to send me properties that fit my criteria. She has organised external/ virtual viewings for me as I live 4 hours away and it's a challenge finding the time to come up. This means I'm able to gain access to this market which is very fast moving and competitive. Thanks, Connie. You are absolutely brilliant at your job!

TrustpilotThanks Ruby!
After being let down the last 2 days on the trot by 2 other estate agents it was a breath if fresh air to be met at the property by Ruby who was very welcoming and efficient, she was also able to answer all of our questions again something quite rare these days as all our other viewings we have been told to contact the office with any questions.
