We have been thrilled with the service provided by Scott in the aftersales department over the last few months. It is so refreshing to have an aftersale staff member at an estate agent who calls me on a daily basis in the build up to exchange, keeps me constantly updated with all updates, and is always available on the phone or over email whenever I needed to speak to him. Without his relentless chasing up of solicitors, I'm not we would have exchanged contracts before our deadline, but with his help we managed it with two days to spare! We have been so impressed with the Minors and Brady team from the initial meeting through to the completion of my mother’s house sale. They have been so efficient, but friendly and polite too, and have also taken on board our opinions on how we wanted to proceed such as conducting the viewings ourselves and a commitment not to sell the property as a second home or holiday let. We were also very appreciative of the post-sale team and wish to highlight all the work that our Aftersales Progressor, Julia Pauluch, did to keep us informed of the whole process. She is a breath of fresh air with her bubbly personality and so helpful to have regular updates by email and phone keeping us in the loop. She also was in constant contact with both lots of solicitors and our buyers. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

First impressions, one of the better experiences with Estate Agents I’ve had. On first contact over the phone, Mia Staff was quick to send me information via email and able to arrange a viewing out of normal hours for me. This struck me as good attention to the customer. She then continued to communicate with me via email or telephone; promptly keeping me well informed. Mia does go the extra mile by talking slowly on the phone and showing expression in her emails, which gives it a more personalised experience during our interactions. She has however set the standard very high and I equally expect highly of them, which so far they have shown high quality in helping new tenants by providing information packets using a very well functioning online method. The rest of the team have also been helpful when answering the phone and being direct with me, which is much appreciated.
