From start to finish Minors have been fantastic. The communication is excellent. Jasmine Fitt in after sales has been fantastic, she has kept me sane and has the best negociating skills. Her after sales care has been above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this firm to anyone. I have sold and completed in just under 4 months.

He was punctual, knowledgable and confident - a good listener and definitely understood the real world assets I was looking for. Shown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.
