Lovely seeing young James again who was very patient with us as we had a few issues getting to him on time! Unfortunately the property wasn’t for us but he listened to us and steered us in the direction of another property which we are looking forward to viewing.

GoogleI cannot fault my recent experience of Minors and Brady, Caister, in the sale of my parents house. They have been very efficient throughout and treated me with courtesy and respect, offering extremely valuable advice whenever I asked. They secured a number of viewings for the property within 2 days of it going live on the market and secured the sale of the house on the third day. I would recommend them without hesitation.

TrustpilotGot an offer on my flat within a couple of days
Got an offer on my flat within a couple of days. Nagilla in aftersales was amazing and kept me sane while waiting for completion, helping me chase my bad choice of a solicitor, listening to me moan about my solicitor, and generally keeping things moving for me!

GoogleWe have been speaking with Mia since January this year with our wants and needs with not the biggest of budgets on the property market. She didn’t fail to find us properties that she thought would be suitable. We found what was our perfect property and despite thinking that it would never happen, Mia worked tirelessly with us and the vendor to actually make it happen. And she did just that! Friendly, helpful and willing to listen to every point and concern, we would not have the house we fell in love with if it wasn’t for her and we cannot thank her enough. She’s a credit to Minors and Brady and deserves every success and recognition coming her way :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

After a year on the market with 4 other lowestoft agents, fanand the team managed to sell my mother's apartment within the short contract time agreed... They are strong negotiators, with oodles of patience.. What makes them different, is they match properties to suitable buyers... They work outside the box, which helped massively.. Very professional and speedy, delivering what they say, when it's needed!

TrustpilotSonya Balls was great!
Sonya Balls, at Minors and Brady, has been incredibly helpful to us during a search for our first home. Going above and beyond the usual ‘estate agents’ role. It felt like a really personal experience, and we felt very cared for. I’d highly recommend seeing Sonya for any queries, she’s fab!
