I have been dealing with Minors and Brady for various house viewings - recently I had a viewing with Lewis who was exceptionally good. Not only was Lewis at the door waiting for me a few minutes before the appointment, he knew the property details well and could answer all the questions I had. So overall a very good experience and I’d be keen on working with them again.

GoogleWe chose Minors and Brady after failing to sell with a different agent. They got us lots of viewings and we were very pleased with the service and updates. Mia in the Caister office mostly dealt with us and was very good and Chloe in the after sales team was very very good in constantly giving us updates as we edged nearer to exchange and completion, which was timed down to the last possible minute! The only thing that taints this good review was when we settled the final account. We may have misunderstood that the initial £240 paid upfront for the glossy brochure, would be deducted from our final payment, but this wasn't the case.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

She didn’t fail to find us properties that she thought would be suitable. We found what was our perfect property and despite thinking that it would never happen, Mia worked tirelessly with us and the vendor to actually make it happen. And she did just that! It has been a long process due to complications above us in the chain and I would specifically like to mention Jamie Laville who has been extremely professional with both his approach and communication throughout the process. GoogleWe had been on the market for sometime with another agent and eventually succumb to the emails and telephone calls we had received from Minors & Brady seeing how we were getting on. My first point of contact was Mia who has been amazing, she was very friendly, yet professional and was able to answer any questions we had. Secondly we had Will as our photographer... WOW!! His photos of our property were brilliant, they exceeded our expectations, especially compared to the photos we already had with our other agent. He arrived early and was so helpful with getting things ready, moving objects and staging our property perfectly. Thirdly would be Caitlin for putting together our beautiful brochure, she swiftly made the adjustments that i wanted to make and also finalised the sale of our house with the memorandum. Following agreement of terms and instruction of solicitors @Jamie became our main point of contact in M&B keeping us informed weekly with a professional, concise & honest update on how our purchase was progressing, right up to the point of us taking possession. I would definitely recommend M&B to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in Norfolk. GoogleExcellent service throughout! M&B found a buyer and sold my property within the first 2 days! Professional and friendly service from Bradley to commence the sale and then from Chloe in the after sales team who kept me up to date and ensured things ran smoothly. That said, if it had not been for Lewis persevering with posting his card though my door I may not have contacted them in the first instance. Excellent team work with a really vibrant and enthusiastic approach and I would, without doubt, recommend Minors & Brady highly!
