TrustpilotGood communication and proactive
Switched to Minors and Brady after lack of activity from our previous agent. What a difference. Communication was frequent and every possible sales lead seemed to be followed up. We soon recognised Connie's voice on the phone. She was particularly helpful and a delight to deal with.

GoogleFantastic service, everyone in the office is so helpful and explain everything in thorough detail, selling my home has never felt so easy, achieved more than I expected, and helped me through the process of solicitors and looking for my next home. Charlie, Marcus, Mia and Connor have been great and Maddy and James on the viewings have been superb. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else, a breath of fresh air!

Hannah Gravey had shown us a beautiful bungalow and gave us great information on the property. Even though we said the living area was too small she still respectfully talked about the area and what we would be looking for in the future in case anything came up

TrustpilotAmazing Service
Cassandra Creak has made the purchase of our house feel so much smoother. She’s answered all our questions we had and kept us up to date as much as we could have asked of her. We are first time buyers and have been very unsure of some the processes so glad I’ve been able to lean on Cassandra for support!

Once a buyer had been found, Cassandra has handled the completion of the sale of our house superbly, with no issues. I received regular updates throughout the process. Minors and Brady got the sale done and the whole process was handled efficiently from start to finish.

TrustpilotFive star review for Alfie
Five star review for Alfie who helped me with my viewing. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with any queries I had. This made all the difference as I was having to view the property alone and was quite nervous.

TrustpilotCassandra Creak
Cassandra Creak. Very good at keeping I touch and up to date with progress (or not progress). This was a very stressful move that took a long time, due to our buyers pulling out. We were kept informed of details from solicitors etc, through Minors and Brady.

TrustpilotHannah, a breath of fresh air.
My wife viewed a property with Hannah, she was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable about the property. The experience was very good and the property would have been perfect for us but for the size of the garden, which was too small for our needs. Well done Hannah and keep up the good work, you are a credit to the team at Minors & Brady.

TrustpilotWhat a great team!
Absolutely everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, determinedly helpful, and eager to get my sales and buying sorted. This is particularly good because I have never bought property in this country before. I especially want to single out Liam who showed me the property that will be my new home. When he found out I arrived early, he hared his wasy to get me started early.
