Viewings were notified in advance and feedback given in a timely manner. Whilst I dealt with several staff, it was Lauren who ensured that I was happy with the brochure photos and who did an excellent job of finding the right buyer and negotiating the sale. Highly recommended!

Minors & Brady have been outstanding in all aspects regarding our property sale from start to finish. All of the staff with whom I had contact were friendly, professional and attentive to every detail. But I would be remiss if I did not especially commend and pay tribute to Aysegul Capti in aftersales. Aysegul is, without question, the best estate agent we could have hoped for. Her work ethic, professionalism and sheer determination are on another level. She is unbelievably proactive, always three steps ahead, anticipating every possible hurdle and resolving it before it even becomes an issue.

Dreadful. Won’t name the staff member and manager but the former stuffed up and the latter gaslit me saying I was bullying and harassing (assertive woman, can’t have that!). I would think twice about selling your property with these guys - they put off a genuine cash buyer through their rudeness and inability to apologise for their mistake. (Independent witness to manager conversation would confirm my version).

From the moment Dan came to value the house we had a good feeling about the agency. Modern, slightly different, and most importantly, a level of openness and attention to detail that you don’t always find in today’s world. The photos were excellent and the property was quickly on the market. From there Becky picked up the reins. She has been outstanding, keeping us updated throughout the process, offering useful suggestions and ultimately finding a buyer for a much-loved family home. What can I say, it's been a bit of a rocky ride as house moves often are but since Julia Pauluch has been fantastic in the short while she has been involved with the sales progression of my flat. She's been reassuring, always professional and even when emotions were running high, she kept her cool and just did her job which is exactly what was needed. If it wasn't for my experience with Julia, I'm not sure I would be giving such a high experience rating but she definitely changed what was a very stressful experience, into what it should've been from the start and why I had chosen Minors & Brady.

If I was able to give more stars I would.The sales progression team are the most thorough and professional I have had the pleasure of coming across in all my years of house buying.Especially Aysegul Capti who was outstanding in her role.It is fair to say that this was not the easiest house purchase I have been through with constant issues with sellers, and even though I was not the client of Minors and Brady and especially Aysegul Capti, they certainly made me feel that way.Aysegul was on the ball every step of the way, chasing up the sellers, chasing up both parties solicitors, she was extremely prompt in taking and responding to calls and emails and updating me constantly with what was going on.I have never personally used Minors and Brady to sell one of my properties before, but after this experience and the sheer dedication and professionalism that i received from the company, I will most certainly appoint them without hesitation for any future house transactions that I make.The service that they offer as part of the after-sales team is invaluable, especially when it comes to stressful and complex property transactions, far exceeding any level of service I have received from other companies.Thank you to the team and especially Aysegul Capti

I was assigned a property manager named Rich when I joined M&B, and from the very beginning he's been fantastic! He keeps me updated at every turn, gets things done when he says he will, and is generally a blessing as I can't be there every week! Rich puts my mind at rest - I'd give him a pay rise if I could!

I’ve just exchanged contracts and the lovely Claire has been my dedicated after sales advisor right through from accepting an offer to the day I complete. Claire has given me weekly updates as well as worked hard to progress the sale as quickly as possible. I cannot fault any of the team I’ve dealt with from Minors and Brady. I had an awful experience with another well-known estate agent and I only wish I went with Minors and Brady from the start. The photos of my property were far superior, as well as the professionalism of the staff. I was made to feel like I really mattered as a customer and communication has been faultless.
