We were initially skeptical about choosing Minors & Brady, but we decided to trust our gut and go with them, build our own opinion and we are so glad we did. The team has been outstanding, but we have to give a special mention to Charley on the mortgage advisor side and Sarah, their Senior Property Consultant. They both helped us out massively and made a potentially stressful process feel much more manageable. Even now, with 90% of the process complete, their communication is still top notch. Whenever we have a question, we get a quick response without any delay. Brilliant service and highly recommended!

Julia Pauluch was amazing captain well updated sometimes things came to a standstill Julia always went out of her way to keep all parties updated which we liked my bungalow was a very awkward complicated bungalow to sell with lots of issues but still the team at Minors and Brady kept positive and did the best that anyone could ask for and I thought the money I paid was great value so well done to everybody we managed to sell a real difficult property and you guys kept your Supportin and we pushed it over the line thanks to everybody. I think generally speaking everyone at Minors and Bradley is polite. But there is a definite lack of professionalism and courtesy when it comes to responding to emails - they don't bother. There is no follow through which means working with Minors and Bradley is disappointing.

Amazing service, great agents

Maddie was so helpful throughout the entire process, especially when there were some unexpected delays with our deposit. Smashing service !

Nagilla is an absolute asset to this company. We have had a long ( by long i mean looooooong) and lengthy process to get to exchange. It has been filled with complications, difficult scenarios and twists and turns. Nagilla has been calm, offered advice and support and has been a friendly ear. She has always quickly returned emails, made calls on our behalf and been honest and caring, bundled with a great sense of humour! In a strange way I will miss catching up with her every day! Thanks for everything Minors, I'm never moving house again, but would definitely choose you if I did! You are my no1 reccomendation to family and friends.
