Whilst the post sale care received by Rosie Turley was seamless all other aspects were not. We expressed our upset many times with the Caister branch many times at how our experience was being handled with no real resolve. Myself and my partner had bought a home before but never sold until this point. We feel we were very much supported to get our house onto the market and that's where the care ended. We feel we were not correctly informed about home sales and what to expect. We had several no show viewings which were never reported to us and we only knew because we have a video doorbell. After several times of being upset i sent all of our issues in an email and i was contacted by the branch manager. He expressed that he was really unhappy to hear our experience and that he felt it was necessary to come speak to me and my partner face to face to hear our issues. I really respected this as i felt we were finally being listened to... well that was the last we ever heard. We bought our first home with minors and brady and only had a positive experience, I wish it would of been the same again but I will say we will not recommend going forward.

All of the staff with whom I had contact were friendly, professional and attentive to every detail. But I would be remiss if I did not especially commend and pay tribute to Aysegul Capti in aftersales. Aysegul is, without question, the best estate agent we could have hoped for. Dreadful. Won’t name the staff member and manager but the former stuffed up and the latter gaslit me saying I was bullying and harassing (assertive woman, can’t have that!). I would think twice about selling your property with these guys - they put off a genuine cash buyer through their rudeness and inability to apologise for their mistake. (Independent witness to manager conversation would confirm my version).

If I was able to give more stars I would.The sales progression team are the most thorough and professional I have had the pleasure of coming across in all my years of house buying.Especially Aysegul Capti who was outstanding in her role.It is fair to say that this was not the easiest house purchase I have been through with constant issues with sellers, and even though I was not the client of Minors and Brady and especially Aysegul Capti, they certainly made me feel that way.Aysegul was on the ball every step of the way, chasing up the sellers, chasing up both parties solicitors, she was extremely prompt in taking and responding to calls and emails and updating me constantly with what was going on.I have never personally used Minors and Brady to sell one of my properties before, but after this experience and the sheer dedication and professionalism that i received from the company, I will most certainly appoint them without hesitation for any future house transactions that I make.The service that they offer as part of the after-sales team is invaluable, especially when it comes to stressful and complex property transactions, far exceeding any level of service I have received from other companies.Thank you to the team and especially Aysegul Capti
