Can't give 10 stars unfortunately

We would like to say a massive thank you to Jessica K in the after sales team who has been extremely useful and helpful with exchanging on our first house buy, although there were delays Jess chased everyone and got us the answers needed quickly and helped with all the usual stresses of buying for the first time. She was friendly and approachable and we couldnt fault anything from the service we got and she definitely deserves a big box of chocolates for all the work she has done with helping us to exchange and eventual completion.

Kind, gentle support …

Due to a bereavement of an elderly parent where we were appointed as executors of the estate we were in a delicate place. Minors and Brady's staff recognised this and gave nothing but kind, gentle and professional support through out the sale of a long held family property. Caroline Larke who dealt with the selling took the case from the price negotiations to completion perfectly supportive , understanding and professional in all aspects - thank you Caroline . Also all of her colleagues when involved gave an excellent service. Curtis Pointin the valuer was also invaluable in all his areas of expertise. Minors and Brady are estate agents we would highly recommend - they are in a different world to the dark images used for estate agents.

Great team and excellent market knowledge

Very pleased with the professional and curteous service from the whole team at Minors and Brady. I had to sell a property which was a three hour drive from where I live, so there were extra complications. M&B really stepped up and went above and beyond to make the sale happen. Found a buyer very quickly and helped me with selecting and engaging a local solicitor as well. Jessica Kemp was instrumental with pulling the final pieces of the puzzle together.

M&B Are Excellent!

I've got to say, as a First Time Buyer this was a some what nerve wracking experience. HOWEVER! Jessica in the Aftersales team was a lifesaver. Connor was Awesome - arranged for addition viewing and measurement appointments during the process. Back to the aftersales, this is the best thing I've ever experienced - as I can't get info from the sellers or the sellers conveyancers - but Jess can - she was a godsend and a lifeline! M&B - invest in this team - you may not know how amazing this is for a FTB :) Have an awesome summer all and see you soon for the keys! :) (p.s. we completed last Friday! Yey!) Feels a young team but they’re quite committed

I think I might have taken the team by surprise by trying to view a property within a few minutes of them posting the details, quickly followed by trying to make an offer on it.It was actually a compliment: the description, floor plan and all the photos they’d prepared meant we were instantly able to recognise the design from elsewhere and see that the property was in good shape.The subsequent (!) viewing with their Ms Elle Browne was 5-star in itself. She’d prepared properly, got the balance of showing & allowing us to explore right, and was generally very pleasant. Whilst I obsessed with measuring various bits of the garage, she engaged with my (slightly anti-social) 13 y/o daughter very well and succeeded in getting her a bit more enthused.Jack at the Dereham branch also undertook to check with their panel of conveyancers which had capacity and within an hour or so, 3 different conveyancing firms had contacted me to quote. That was also very helpful.

Successful view and Hannah was Great!

I recently viewed a property for my first home and was very impressed and have recently had a bid accepted. The property would be perfect for my first home, being new to this, Hannah was present and was very welcoming and bubbly towards us making it a lot easier and more comfortable. Gave us a very good showing and all questions that were asked; Hannah gave us very good answer and information. Hannah was also very good at stopping the cats from getting out!!. Overall a very good experience

My 1st house viewing with Elle.

Elle had visited my house in the week to chat about our house sale (we're not with M&B) so we had met previous to my visit to one of their properties and she remembered me. Elle was very courteous to the home owner and gave him time to leave before showing me round. If she had been there before I don't think we would have visited some of the poorly presented rooms first. She was able to answer my questions and walked around with me first then let me wander on my own. Elle was very polite and I was pleased to have for her company on my 1st house viewing.

All of the team at the Norwich branch have been incredibly helpful and made the whole process of selling our property easy and explained every step of the process along the way. I have to make a special mention of Connie who was the best unofficial point of contact. Not only did she achieve us a good sale price, but she has taken time to help us with questions and concerns that not only affected our sale, but our purchase going forward. Everything was professionally managed, culminating in what we wanted- a sale at a price we were happy with. We were kept informed and engaged in dialogue from the very start, which reassured us that we really had found the best people to sell our house. As soon as the negotiation team had found our buyer, the after sales team took over: Jessica kept us up to date, giving a gentle nudge when required to make sure there were no needless delays.
