Everything was professionally managed, culminating in what we wanted- a sale at a price we were happy with. We were kept informed and engaged in dialogue from the very start, which reassured us that we really had found the best people to sell our house. As soon as the negotiation team had found our buyer, the after sales team took over: Jessica kept us up to date, giving a gentle nudge when required to make sure there were no needless delays. She and the other Minors and Brady staff were patient and respectful throughout the process whilst still moving on with the sale right to completion. Genuinely impressed !
