With Minors & Brady, we found that after getting off to a slow start, with a number of concerns & issues with sales presentation. Once a suitable purchaser had been found and sale agreed, the after sales team have been excellent in keeping us informed at all stages & helping us to understand what can be a very stressful process. In particular Claire Wilson, has been brilliant & went the extra mile to keep us informed & to chase up all parties. Abi McIntosh was also very helpful in making sure things were steering smoothly in the right direction. We therefore wish to thank the aftersales team for all their help.

We have just sold our property with Minors and Brady, and Chris Fulcher has been our main point of contact.Chris has been excellent to deal with - courteous and polite but most importantly, he always calls when he says he will, provides timely and honest feedback and gives professional advice when needed. Although all members of the team were polite and helpful, Chris was a league above and we really noticed the difference on his return to the office from holiday. Joe has been really helpful and forthcoming when it’s come to arranging viewings and showing us round a property. He’s given us time and space to look around the house our own time, whilst being fully available to answer any questions we have. Very grateful of his proactive phone manner when I’ve called and how quickly he’s gotten answers for me. Amazing! Estate agents get a bad rep. And Rosie from M & B has been utterly amazing every step of the way. I didn’t think I’d get involved so much with Rosie but it has been an absolute pleasure navigating all the worries and woes of a house purchase. Rosie was on the ball every day, advising us, chasing up everything with us and being available whenever needed. And, she was a shoulder to have a chat with, as require, during this stressful time. I’d highly recommend Minors & Brady and especially if you get the lovely Rosie.

Firstly, Minors and Brady managed to sell our property in a relatively difficult market where other Agents has failed.Secondly, the after sales service and relationship with Nigella Santos was first class. She kept us fully informed during the period between sale and completion, and pressed all parties to optimise the timescale. Have used M&B a few times now for purchase and renting a flat and they're the best in the business. Everyone works at a cracking pace to get the job done - they sold my house off market saving us a huge amount of hassle initially, when that fell through (our fault not theirs) they had it listed and sold again within a week. From offer to completion took 8 weeks thanks to the amazing Rosie, a powerhouse who just gets stuff done. Matthew in Norwich is also mega. If only everyone in the chain could work like this team. Will def use again.

We have been pleased with the interaction via telephone, e mail and face to face that we have had from Minors and Brady. All the staff we have dealt with over the telephone have been helpful and efficient.Yesterday we viewed a property on their books and Hannah from Minors and Brady was there punctually waiting to greet us as we arrived. Hannah was welcoming and friendly and able to answer all our questions about the property. She was very positive about the property and offered for us to make an appointment for a 2nd viewing. Today we were contacted by the office by telephone before we could contact them and we made a further appointment to view.

We bought a property through Minors & Brady back in March 2024. We had a challenging and difficult sale, but Ollee and the Minors & Brady team were amazing. Ollee was there every step of the way, even after the sale, Ollee would always take my calls, make the time to listen & help in any way he could, I don’t think I could have got through the sale without his continued support, that is rare from an estate agent, we need more like Ollee!! If you go to Minors & Brady, definitely ask for Ollee :-)

We moved to Minors and Brady after the EA we were using didn't seem to be doing anything to sell our house, just blaming a 'difficult market'. M&B came in, and changed the game. There marketing tools and techniques are first class, and they were very proactive which was the key.In particular I would like to mention Claire Wilson - she has been an absolute hero. Having attempted to purchase another property in Norfolk earlier in the year through another estate agents, the difference was stark. They lacked communication - left it 7 weeks after we contacted them before replying and generally unhelpful. Minors and Brady in comparison provided clear concise Info and reassured us throughout the process. Claire Wilson was friendly, personable and efficient and provided everything we needed and more. I’d definitely use this estate agent if I was to sell a propeerry.

From our first valuation meeting with Liam from Minors and Brady we have been extremely impressed by the service we have received. We have dealt with Matthew, Charlie and Lee (who took excellent photos of our home), a particular note is the outstanding service and faultless communication regarding updates and viewing information from both James and Nivea. Minors and Brady’s online viewing tool is clear, concise and easy to use. I’ve viewed two properties with Sophie now. She really is the face of Minors and Brady as she clearly represents this stand out company. This is the way all estate agents should be and Sophie is a real asset for them. Unlike other estate agents Sophie had clearly gained a lot of information about the properties and was ready for any question I had. Not only that, she was upfront about things and I’ve found Minors and Brady to be transparent too. Something no other estate agent seems to be.
