GoogleMy experience with trucker garden has been excellent.They were there for clarifying all doubts and helped us throughout the renting process.. Mr Liam arranged a date for viewing the property and explained everything to us. I strongly recommend this agency for everyone who is looking for renting a property .

GoogleOn the whole the service has been not quite up to the standard I was expecting from a company such as Tuckers. If it wasn't for the help we got from Deborah I wouldn't be giving four stars. The trouble we have had with energy suppliers has been a real put off. Tuckers did not make it clear to us at the beginning of the contract that they would be putting their own energy supplier into the equation and as no starting gas reading was supplied by the person that did the inventory it has caused us and our tenants no end of trouble. The only one to offer any support was Deborah and I thank her for it.

GoogleWe rented with Tucker Gardner 6 months ago and they have been nothing short of brilliant. The whole process has been smooth and easy and they have come out to us on multiple occasions to help with hot water and heating faults. They go above and beyond to help us out - including coming all the way out to let us in when we had managed to lock ourselves out ( thankyou Deborah !!!) Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleI've been looking to rent in Cambridge (as a graduate student) for several frustrating months now, and it's a very fast-moving and competitive market. The Tucker Gardner Great Shelford branch have been great over this period - Deborah helped me get viewings promptly, and after viewing a property I'm moving in the next weekend! I would recommend this branch over the branch in Cambridge itself; this branch covers a lot of Cambridge too, and they're a lot better/less frustrating to work with.

DO NOT use Tucker Gardner to rent a property. We moved out of our rented house almost 3 months ago and we still haven't received our deposit back. I have sent email after email but they just ignore them. The property has already been re-let so where's our deposit gone! They're rude, incredibly disorganised and use excuses after excuses. Effectively, they have stolen over £1200 from us! That's absolutely disgusting in a cost of living crisis! Just avoid them at all costs!

If possible, please, avoid them at any cost. They will ruin your mental peace. When took the property it was not cleaned at all. Full of dust in blinds, bathroom and oven was in terrible condition. Had to call them and they sent a cleaner for a couple of hours. During the vacating of the property, they ensured the property was cleaned professionally by us. So, they got the property in better condition than the one they gave to us. After vacating the property we are still waiting for the refund even after 3 weeks.

The worst experience ever I had. I made an offer to a property and the offer got accepted. After one month and half, I still haven’t got memorandum of Sale even I called and emailed TuckerGardener every couple of days. I never understand why I need to chase the agent as a buyer. I have decided to pull out the offer. I write the review to hope one day the sellers will find out one day why their properties haven’t got sold for so long.

GoogleI am unable to leave a longer review as I assume Tucker Gardner paid for a majority of these here and enacted tough restrictions. Just take a look, they're all profiles with a single review. I'll save you time, they're terrible, from the bottom of my heart. I've never experienced such angst, loss of funds, time and hair as I have with this company.

Worst experience i ever had since the min i rented from them, they lied about the flat and told me its fully furnished it was only partially furnished with rubbish furniture that i had to change one month without hot water, and i was begging them to send someone to fix, and i only get rude manner from them even now when my contract is over 3 weeks ago, i am still waiting for them to return my deposit but they are ignoring my emails contacted their customer relations and they were helpless too AVOID THEM

GoogleWe decided to use Tucker Gardner to let our property. Our property was put on the market on a Friday and Sophie managed to get it let out by the Monday afternoon. We have been very impressed with Sophie and the excellent service we have had from her to get all the paperwork and so on sorted out very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

Our experience with Tucker Gardner has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate and receive updates regarding the return of our deposit, the agency has consistently demonstrated a lack of responsiveness and reliability. Their failure to fulfill their contractual responsibilities is appalling. When we reached out for assistance, their representatives provided no meaningful help and instead shifted blame onto the owner. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. We strongly caution other prospective tenants against choosing Tucker Gardner. Their poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to uphold their obligations as a managing agency have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Spare yourself the trouble and find a more reputable agency that values their tenants and respects their commitments.

TrustpilotIneffective Complaints Procedure and too much procrastination!
I reviewed Tucker Gardner early April and complained about their terrible Customer Service concerning a shoddy fence repair by one of their contractors. Here we are nearly 3 months on and the fence still hasn't been satisfactorily repaired! I resorted to their Complaints procedure which was really a waste of time. No acceptance of shoddy work or timed plan of what they were doing to expedite the job, just a chronological description of events and no acceptance of any responsibility for work carried out by their contractor who is apparently too busy to remedy the work at present. If I was dealing with the complaint I would have got another contractor in ASAP to remedy the fault. So although TG appear to provide a good tenant finding service, their after sales care is sadly lacking......
