GoogleIf I could award minus stars I would. My experience with this company has been absolutely appalling. You have to keep chasing them for any answers. Emails do not arrive, wrong advice given, bad advice given, blasé attitude to complaints, wrong pictures on website, I could go on. My advice is DO NOT USE SHIPWAYS - and yes a complaint is heading their way!

She is amazing great at her job and knows what she's doing she made my buying process so easy, been a first time buyer I was not sure how the process works, I went to an open house with Manni and she answered all my questions regarding the property and told all about the house as I was walking around, as my house was going through and I wasn't sure what happened next she really made the process easy to understand, and would highly recommend her!!! GoogleAmazing!!! Staff!! Manni is amazing she has called me on a regular basis, to ask me how my property search is going, and is helping me find a property before I sell my property. I never feel pressured into selling my home with her, like with other agents, as I do need to do at some point, I will most defintley will use Shipways, great service I would definitely recommend her, so professional and polite, it's about time we have great customer service like this.
