GoogleExcellent service. Elton was very helpful and sincere in helping us. He kept in constant contact regarding new houses and always looked out for what we were looking for and never wasted our time. Not a service I have received from any other estate agent. GoogleJust got a call from Qasim who is extremely unprofessional does not know how to speak to people and was acting like I’m some kid who needs telling off. Stating I will be banned from viewings with shipways etc. Shipways really need to have calls recorded and have staff trained properly.

Tom was incredibly quick to get the ball rolling, always quick to respond to any questions and/or make amends to our agreement where necessary.
