Terrible! I would avoid! Once they take your money it’s like you don’t exist! We called throughout our tenancy with separate issues and none they dealt with! We have a baby and they didn’t see a cause for concern with electrical issues or the fact we had a bees nest. Their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced throughout my years of renting. Constantly leaving urgent voicemails and asking for a call back which fell on deaf ears. Once leaving the property they disregard you and don’t care wether you are happy or try and assist the return of your deposit. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!

I would like to thanks for Mr Adnan and Kailla. I moved to UK at August. I email them and show them my interest for the apartment. They provided me an video house view. Once i confirmed, i received an email from letting agent. You can't believe excpet hotel, you can experience express check in for renting an apartment. I landing at airport and took a black taxi to Shipways. Just few minutes i can get my key to the flat. Very efficency and professional.

The level of service at the branch is diabolical phones are never answered and staff are apparently not available all week. Been tenant for 12 month improved the property we was renting and still are struggling to get the deposit back. Be careful using this agency as you will have to fight to get your deposit back even though they have rented the property out straight after you vacated so clearly there was no issue with the property. It is disgusting that we now have to write a letter of complaint to the deposit holders as apparently DEA (the company used for the inventory) have no policy in place if no communication is given to them in regards to the deposit. I would not ever recommend this agency.

When our previous tenants moved out, I considered dealing with finding new tenants myself. I am so glad I changed my mind! From start to finish, Adnan and Clint could not have been more helpful. They kept me informed of every stage of the letting and answered all my questions. I could not recommend them more highly. As a first time tenant in the UK...It was awesome dealing with Adnan Ahmed, throughout our engagements, we had lost out on 2 previous houses (not a fault on his side at all - more like landlords opted a different route) although I had given up, I remember even saying to Him "remove me from your database" out of frustration, but he calmly reassured me not to throw in the towel, and we got the 3rd house which happens to be the best of 3 attempts. He kept me up to date every step of the way. Great job all round from Him.

This agent are very good and fast at signing you up to sell your home. Always answering your calls immediately. But as soon as your signed up they will never reply to your queries. The agent we dealt with wanted to sign us up on the same day to help with her monthly target. I'm sorry but I'm not into YOUR targets .
