She always answered the phone quickly and replied to emails very promptly, which made communication smooth and efficient. Ben, the store manager, came in with his Phil Mitchell Style salesman energy, telling me arrogantly about his 15 years of experience and why he was a property expert despite holding no qualification or having sold any houses in my area. I had to remind him to look at half of the house, he was rude and full of himself, dismissing everything I had to say and insulting my property and all the hard work I had put into it. Great way to impress someone. Will never use again, and i warn everyone not to use this Shipways ‘ branch. Not sure how Ben is the branch manager, must be nepotism or connections.
