GoogleSonia Fransener at Griffin is by the far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with (out of more than 20 I have worked with over the years). I have never experienced an estate agent who has contacted me to keep me informed as to how the sale is going. I have always had to chase agents to get updates in the past. Moreover, Sonia chased other various parties (solicitors, management companies etc) to make sure things happened as quickly as possible. Sonia is by far the most proactive, organised and professional estate agent I have ever dealt with. I just wish she wasn't such an anomaly! Thank you so much Sonia- I hope you know how much of a difference you make to your clients.

Bad experience over 2 years, would not recommend this agency at all. I had a very bad experience with this company for the past two years when my ex-husband was selling the house. They never listened to me, even when I sent them letters from my solicitor about the sale. They kept saying “we want to help you”, but I received no help at all. Several times, their agents left the front door open and unlocked, and once they even locked my cat in a room when I was away, even though I had specifically asked them not to close the room doors. Very careless and unprofessional. In the end, they were very polite to the buyer (who didn’t even have a mortgage approved at first and I wasn’t informed), while I told them that as a single mother I had nowhere else to go. Instead of helping or giving me time, they pressured me heavily to leave the house. I fought as much as I could, but they didn’t care that the buyer broke their promises, the agency only wanted to get their money quickly and push me and my child out onto the street. This is honestly the worst company I have dealt with, unprofessional, no empathy, only after their profit. Would not recommend to anyone.
