GoogleGriffin have been fantastic with finding us a property to rent. Right from the off Robbie found me a great property and was brilliant with the information that he was able to give me and negotiating with the landlord. Toni & Demi were amazing in keeping me up to date with my referencing and when I could move into the flat. Thank you, guys, for all your help, will definitely recommend the team.

GoogleRobbie was really helpful and informative. During my viewing we talked for a while and he also offered an alternative flat which was even closer to my workplace. He quickly arranged a viewing of this flat and I'm really happy with it. He was very professional and I'd like to thank him for the way he dealt with this matter.

GoogleMe and my partner had a viewing for a property, where we met with a lovely lady called Tegan who made sure that we knew everything that we needed to know and what was/wasn’t included etc. Something that is normally extremely stressful was definitely something that Tegan understood and made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed when looking around our potential future home. Thankyou Tegan
Hi Leah, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We love the five stars on a Friday afternoon too - it's much appreciated and sends us into the weekend with a smile. We're glad you felt comfortable and relaxed and we'll pass on your kind words to Tegan. Best wishes and have a great weekend! The Team at Griffin

GoogleWe contacted Ian about valuing our property. He was very professional and presentable. His knowledge of the property and the area was great and he explained in detail the moving process with Griffin. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ian to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

GoogleI had Alana from Griffin come and value my house recently. She was very professional and knowledgeable and totally put me at ease with her friendly attitude regarding my fears of selling my house. I look forward to liaising with Alana and her team at Griffin when the time comes to sell my house.

GoogleI received some extensive advise amid not having any direct business with Griffin yet. Advise received is regarding the certain aspects of home improvement, conversion & legislation which other estate agents in the area do not have specialist knowledge of including the one that sold me the property! Both Chris Harley & Alan Webb have been very helpful. Chris has always addressed my queries with utmost seriousness & details. At first, I was hesitant about my informal query and did not expect this level of attention/information. I have indeed learnt a great deal out of our ongoing conversations and thank you Chris for your ongoing support.

GoogleWe had a wonderful time with Robbie who showed us around the property and he was extremely excellent, if not that we were not looking to moving in now, I would have paid any amount there and then, that shows how excellent he was.
