Bad experience over 2 years, would not recommend this agency at all. I had a very bad experience with this company for the past two years when my ex-husband was selling the house. They never listened to me, even when I sent them letters from my solicitor about the sale. They kept saying “we want to help you”, but I received no help at all. Several times, their agents left the front door open and unlocked, and once they even locked my cat in a room when I was away, even though I had specifically asked them not to close the room doors. Very careless and unprofessional. In the end, they were very polite to the buyer (who didn’t even have a mortgage approved at first and I wasn’t informed), while I told them that as a single mother I had nowhere else to go. Instead of helping or giving me time, they pressured me heavily to leave the house. I fought as much as I could, but they didn’t care that the buyer broke their promises, the agency only wanted to get their money quickly and push me and my child out onto the street. This is honestly the worst company I have dealt with, unprofessional, no empathy, only after their profit. Would not recommend to anyone.

GoogleThe Griffins team have been absolutely legendary in handling my home buying process, Tiah Wakeling with the best hookups to the spec I could afford, needed and wanted (not like other places trying to upsell you unrealistically), Mark Allen with his chill approach in my viewings (really appreciated that). HOWEVER, the one individual who was an absolute GOD SEND for me was Tracy Cox… really was there to tow the lines through a roller coaster of emotions and complexities, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PERSON (I nominate her -as an external to the organisation- for Award of The Decade if there’s one ;) ) and that leaves me saying I would HAVE to go Griffins every time any time for what the future holds. GENUINE REVIEW!!

GoogleI’ve dealt with Griffins as a vendor a couple of years ago and more recently as a guarantor for a rented property. On both occasions I have never had any complaints. Very professional and knowledgeable - yet down to earth and humble with transparency at all times. I have recently dealt with Check-out and Inventory Clerk Catherine Oakley, she is undoubtedly an asset to Griffins. Her role is very difficult, as impartiality and fairness is key to reaching a compromise for any deductions that are deemed necessary from tenants deposits. During the time I dealt with Catherine she kept me up to speed with the landlords feedback and counter proposals, until such time as a compromise was reached. Never an easy task, as you can’t please everyone all of the time. But in my experience, she did an excellent job in concluding the check out process. Thank you Catherine 👏🏼👏🏼

GoogleWe rented out our property through Griffin for just over two years without any problems. Then we decided to sell it and Griffin gave us a very competitive selling fee. They handled all the viewings and the sale went through without any problems. Thanks to all the team especially Mark for his advise. Angela for handling the rental side of things and Sonia for keeping updates on the sale. Also Gary for his initial dealings in the early days of rental
