GoogleBig thanks to Robbie (and Keira) who we spoke with during an unplanned visit. They listened to what we needed and were concerned about as we were looking for a new place to rent. But they were able to find us a place to visit that same day!

GoogleI was selling my apartment through Griffin Grays, and they found a buyer, the conveyancing was taking a very long time over 5 months! One day I went in person to the office and asked what's going on with my property. The Sales man, I believe his name was Mark said, "Oh the buyers pulled out" and that was it. No warning, no apology, no refund on a potential holding deposit - nothing. I was stranded and devastated. It upset me that the agent did not even have the courtesy to inform me. Now I have an apartment that I don't want to live in and want to get rid of but have zero trust in the agent. A terrible experience.

GoogleRefused to allow us to enquire on a one bedroom flat because we have a baby. Equality Act 2010 would likely depict this as indirect discrimination. I know estate agents get away with a lot, and landlord preferences exist, but if they are discriminative it’s vital that they are pulled up on this. There are rights and regulations in place to protect vulnerable people and to refuse a home to someone because of a baby, well that’s quite a serious issue at hand which, with my legal knowledge, I know would be quite controversial if matters were to be taken further.
