Griffin have been acting as agents for my property letting for a long time. I wanted to say a particular thanks to Robbie in the lettings team who went above and beyond to help me out. I was in a pickle. I arrived at my property to receive a fridge delivery to discover that I forget to bring the house keys. The delivery was already at the door and I couldn't get in. I called Robbie, who dropped everything and rushed over with the keys. It saved me a lot of stress of reorganising the delivery. Thank you Robbie! I was very impressed with the level of customer service.

I cannot thank Hal Plummer enough! As a first-time buyer, he made the process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything and talked through all options available. I recently had the pleasure of working with Griffin Residential Estate Agents in Grays, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. A special thank you goes to Mark and Tracy, who truly made the experience exceptional. Mark, in particular, offered a VIP service that went above and beyond my expectations, including an introduction to the solicitors who were able to quickly help me purchase my house. He was incredibly flexible, allowing me to view the house before completion to take measurements and even arranged for me to show around tradespeople to get quotes for upcoming jobs. Recently I had an issue at the block I live in. The shed door to the overflow bin was broken and foxes were going in and helping themselves to whatever rubbish was in there. This was leaving mess everywhere across the forecourt of the car park. I called into griffin and spoke to Stephanie on the Block Management team. She was so kind and reassuring. She took it upon herself to call her contractor and the problem was sorted that day! Couldn’t recommend her or griffin enough.

Robbie is a testament to the company. I’ve been looking for a property lately and he has honestly been such an amazing help! I cannot thank Patrick and Alana enough they have been amazing .. before selling with Griffen I had a long winded experience with another estate agent and to be honest it seemed like they didn’t care was just looking for their next move I switched over to Griffen and now I am exchanged and moving into our dream house. Beware of Unprofessional Landlord and Property Management Company Rating: 1/5 Review: My experience with Griffin and the landlord associated with the property I rented was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, it was evident that professionalism and basic standards of property management were sorely lacking. Upon moving into the property, I was greeted with a dirty, unkempt house that clearly hadn't been cleaned or maintained properly. The carpet was covered in dog hair, despite assurances that it would be cleaned prior to my arrival. The presence of damp and a malfunctioning boiler only added to the list of issues. When problems arose with the electrical system, instead of addressing them promptly and professionally, the landlord sent over their own workers who only made matters worse. Not only did they fail to fix the issues, but their rude behavior and unprofessionalism left me feeling extremely uncomfortable in my own home. As if that wasn't enough, when I raised concerns and expressed my intention to move out due to the unacceptable conditions, I was met with resistance and hostility from the property management company. They insisted I fulfill the remainder of my tenancy agreement, despite the uninhabitable conditions of the property. Even after vacating the property and paying the required fees, the ordeal was far from over. The property management company attempted to deduct unreasonable charges from my deposit for issues that were either non-existent or pre-existing. It took persistent effort on my part to dispute these charges and eventually have them dropped. Throughout this entire ordeal, communication with Griffin was abysmal. Requests for information or assistance were met with delays, incompetence, and in some cases, outright hostility. It was clear that they prioritized cutting corners and maximizing profits over ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of their tenants. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from Griffin or dealing with this particular landlord to proceed with extreme caution. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for tenant welfare, and dishonest practices make them wholly unsuitable for anyone seeking a reliable and ethical property management service. Property was 2 burns place Tilbury STAY away from the house and its landlord! Asked for my account details last week, and now they are delaying paying me out while they get a quote to remove rubbish from the property, even though I paid a company £250 to clear out the gardens! House been empty for 6 weeks and they knew this, so gone from nearly sorted to now delayed over a NEW bill, I wonder what else gets added on after giving this review! Already charged me £515 to clean 2 small rooms and stairs, even tough they charged the previous tenants £485 to clean the carpets, THEN never cleaned them in time for my move in date, so now I'm paying for mine and the previous tenants wear and tear on carpets! Carpets have no rips or damage what so ever! And was cleaned before I left by a local cleaner! They want them steam cleaned ect ect but charged the last person and didn't do them, not to mention I payed a extra £100 a month on top of the asking amount for rent just because I had a dog! For 2 and half years which is £2500! Now being charged £515 on me leaving, don't mind if there was damage but there is nothing, only wear on tear but for 5 years or so which I only lived there for 2 and half, if they were spotless when I moved in I would understand but I give the carpets back in the same condition they came in! Griffin happy to give out a property before cleaning it, but want a palace back? The reason it was never cleaned is because my move out date as my last property ended before they wanted me in, they said they can work with me and it worked out a week before the date they wanted, they sorted it so I could move in a week early which i had to pay for of course, once I moved in I got an apology the house wasn't cleaned in time, this seems to be something they forgot of course!
