Bought my first property through Balgores and was pretty terrible from start to finish. I had 4 viewings with them before picking my purchase property and the agents were late and uninformed on every viewing. On one viewing, the agent Ross did not even know how to get out of the property. I would not have picked my property if the seller was not present on the viewing, as the agents knew nothing and the seller had to answer all my questions. Sean insisted I pay for the private survey in order for them to take the property off the market, which it then took them over a week, and pressure from my solicitors to do so. Dealing with them throughout the coronavirus pandemic, they showed little to no care for this or personal circumstances due to this. Once completed, the agents also did not even get the keys correctly so on my completion day (which should have been celebratory) I could not even access the property. Avoid at all costs if possible.

GoogleWe have employed Balgores to manage a property of ours in Gravesend and have had an amazing experience so far. Any up-front costs that were associated with getting our property ready for rental were spread out over the first few months and taken directly from the rent so that we didnt have to put up the money ourselves. Gavin at Balgores has also been extremely useful in answering any questions we have had which has made the whole process that much simpler! Highly recommend.

Googlehi everyone there is no other estate agent better then balgores gravesend ....because the others do not have a fantastic manger like andrew perry. i have to admit andrew is a top manger no one better he knows how estate agent business works ....he got a brilliant team ..just recently i sold 2 properties through balgores gravesend andrew sorted everything ...i had probate family issues but the sales went through smoothly DA12 1jg and da12 1nb i honesty recommend balgores people they stand bye you all the way right untill the end thanku andrew and his excellent team gravesend could not have done it without you all 🏠🏠

GoogleI would highly recommend Balgores Estate Agents. Very professional and were very pro-active in selling my property. They stay in touch on a very regular basis to keep you up to date with viewings and feedback. I found they progressed the sale through to completion with contact with agents, solicitors and myself. Although very professional all the staff members are extremely friendly and so easy to converse with, making the stress of selling and buying my home an easy process. I would also like to praise the lettings side of this company who are also amazing. Thank you Balgores I am now in my dream home. ❤

From viewing to contract exchange it was a smooth and professional journey. The consultant Connor Murphy and Andy Perry are very good at making the process stress free, updating and bridging the gap for me to make sure I get the best first time buyer experience. Thank you to Mr J Perry for liasing with me on the phone . My biggest and grateful thanks goes to Mr Perry for working tirelessly throughout the lengthy process . He seemed to take a genuine interest in my situation and communicated with all parties involved. I have moved a few times , but have never experienced such kindness from an estate agent .

GoogleHaving tried to sell our house through other agents (including nil commission online sites), we found Balgores Gravesend an entirely different experience. As we were living in Scotland whilst our house in Gravesend was on the market, Balgores helped us manage the sale from start to finish. They arranged all of the viewings, helped negotiate the best price, and managed the sale chain perfectly. Although we paid commission for their service, the level was very fair and fully justified. They helped restore my faith in the estate agent industry! Our particular thanks and gratitude to Jason.

Ross from the Wickford office was fantastic throughout the whole purchase/sale process. Never an issue to speak to him at any point. Sarah from the sales progression team at the Basildon branch was also fantastic, supported us through a very complicated sale process and multiple issues with our buyer, she was always chasing the solicitors to keep things moving forward. Would not consider using anyone else in the future.

They constantly provide me with an outstanding service as a Private Client lawyer and Richard always gives helpful, constructive and trustworthy advice. He valued properties for me during the first lockdown by providing adequate and extensive comparables based on past sales. He also managed to market properties and administer sales in extremely difficult circumstances. Richard and his Team provide a professional service that is second to none.

I am very disappointed and discouraged to buy a property after I paid £499 for simply conveying solicitors and also £500 paid for the broker. I am NHS employee saved the money paid £1000 and waited about 4 months to get my property finally I am informed that the developer asked more £10000. The broker promised won’t charge me for the next property but they are not responding when I call.

GoogleAlways on-hand to talk to, always professional yet very friendly, efficient and obvious the whole office works as a team as we could speak to anyone (and they knew us, our property and would help immediately), yet the whole process is managed by an individual who takes ownership so you are not just a number passed to different people as the sale progresses through various stages. Definitely recommend.

LANDLORDS & TENANTS AVOID THIS COMPANY If you are looking for a company to manage your property or a property to live in do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague. Their property management is non existent and it will cause you more issues than it solves. The Brentwood sales office are full of smiles and promises but they are totally incompetent and have serious issues with performing the most basic property management services.

We recently sold our house with Balgores Basildon. Everyone has been very helpful. We found Josh and Sarah to be extremely helpful, with constant updates. Sarah definitely went above and beyond to help, and actually did more than our useless solicitors, she reduced our stress by obtaining and sending documents that the solicitors should have done themselves.
