No bull from Billy

Good advice from Billy who did everything that he said he would. He was very knowledgeable - he knew the market and my road and the demand for property in that location. He sold the property within days and I was satisfied with the price achieved. Katie then handled progressing the sale and did an excellent job and kept me informed at all times. I would definitely use this team again and would be happy to recommend them.

We felt very looked after by Frank at every stage of our sale and even after exchange. The staff are all very professional and have definitely shaken off the industry’s previous bad name. Balgores have brought in a new breed of Estate Agents. This is a company that has given us a good experience from start to finish and we will definitely recommend and use their services again in the future.

Persistence paid off.

Jack at the Loughton branch was absolutely amazing. He worked with me on a tricky sale that required an extended lease. As the buyer he was my contact in the important negations between the two solicitors and he never gave up over the 7 months it took from the viewing the property to completion. He was always calm polite and professional throughout.

I used Balgores for a new letting and found them to be very helpful, competitive and professional. The lettings team made the whole process very easy and took control themselves so that I was not involved any more then I had to be. Francesca who I initially dealt with gave me a very good deal and Jo ensured that my property was rented in a very short time. Very pleased with Balgores and the hole lettings / rentals team.

Being a first time seller, our experience has been awful and we regret choosing balgores over the other estate agents. From day one they got our strategy wrong by over pricing our property, leading us into false hope. This resulted in 2 weeks of wasted time, no viewings and the start of our frustrations. Our house was described as an 'easy sell', after 3 months on the market we received just 6 viewings and no offers. Did it improve from there on? Unfortunately not, the experience of the staff was clearly not apparent, communication breakdown between staff and ourselves were a constant presence and the overall service and experience has been a nightmare and complete waste of time. Wouldn't recommend unless you're willing to sell under price, in Essex and enjoy making endless phonecalls for information.

Simply the Best

Amazing that's been my experience with Allannah at Balgores Chelmsford. Tireless efforts on my behalf to make the process as smooth as possible. Always available & consistently positive. You couldn't wish for a better estate agent, well worth the money she exceeded expectations.

Had lots of help from Andrew Perry ( Gravesend Branch) while selling the property he went out of his way to reassure us during our sale. We had probate delays but and we were worried we may lose the buyers but keeping everybody talking the sale went through I don’t think I could have had better help and reassurance from anybody else Would put them first if selling and buying great value for money

I used Balgores Gravesend to let out my property and the service I received from start to finish was excellent. Francesca in particular kept an outstanding level of communication throughout which made the whole process stress free for me. Balgores also recommended good builders as I needed some work done to my property before letting it out. If you are looking for an estate agents who offer the personal touch then i definitely recommend Balgores Gravesend
