GoogleHaving been up for sale with a National estate agent for 10 months with only poor offers i was sceptical when Balgores contacted me ,but after only three weeks an acceptable solid offer was made and accepted. The selling proccess has run smoothley with any minor issues immediately sorted by their helpfull and most importantly knowledgeable staff, Jason,Andrew and Conner. Yes , a top rate service to justify a five star rating.

TrustpilotExcellent service from start to finish from the Hornchurch Branch
Excellent service from start to finish from the Hornchurch Branch. All staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Our purchase was during the Covid outbreak so it came with some challenges, however the agent and broker were exceptional in keeping us up to date and helping when we needed it. Would highly recommend. Special mentions to Callum, Donna and Dan (Broker) who were great throughout.

TrustpilotWithout Donna.....
Want to keep this short. My chosen Solicitor and Conveyancers we useless. If it wasn't for Donna Hickey, our sale would have failed on at least 3 occasions. It was her hard work, tenacity, knowledge, and experience aligned with a never give up attitude that got this over the line. She is a star and an asset to Balgores.

GoogleAndrew provided us with a great service whilst he was selling our home. We’d had our house up for sale for 4 months with very little movement and as soon as we moved over to Balgores it sold within the week. The photographs were fantastic, no expense spared, and the team at Balgores were always extremely professional and helpful along the way. We would definitely use them again! Thank you!

TrustpilotWere agent for my seller
Were agent for my seller, but also pivotal in progressing to completion. If only they'd covered the area I was selling from, I'm sure things could have moved even faster! If later sell, will definitely go through them.
Hi Louise,Thank you for leaving a positive review for us! I'm glad to hear your experience with us was fantastic. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the future if you do indeed choose to sell later! All the best, Bradley

TrustpilotGreat service from Balgores…
Great service from Balgores (Hornchurch) when buying our house, even though we were not directly their client, they kept us up to date at every stage. Donna in particular has been brilliant and key to our quick exchange. Everyone I have spoken to there has been professional and helpful.

Trustpilot5* service
Everyone at Balgores couldn’t have been more helpful. As usual the selling & buying process throws some curve balls in along the way, but every single time (Daniel especially) stepped up to the mark and got us back on track. We are now living in our dream home! Yes they’re not the cheapest but I do truly believe that you get what you pay for! Thank you Balgores
