For anyone who changes there mind about moving they spam you with emails to get you to sell your house cuz they don’t care about you they care about the money

Me and my partner recently rented our house through Balgores and couldn’t be happier with their service! We really wanted to be in quickly and they did everything they could to accommodate us. Francesca and the whole team were so professional throughout and we were kept informed through the whole process. Amazing service! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!

Simply the Best

Honestly I tried so many of the main high street estate agents as well as online selling it was a joke until I went with Balgores in Hornchurch. They were head and shoulders above the competition and realistic. They told me in a difficult market my house would be sold within a month and against the odds it did sell. Can’t praise their professionalism enough.

One star is too many!!!

To say they are "economical with the truth" is being very kind to them. They were unhelpful, insisted we used their conveyancers (AVRillo) who were very poor and expensive.I only went with Balgores because they had the house that I wanted, but I would advise any potential vendor to look elsewhere if they want a smooth and harmonious transaction.

I let my property through Balgores, as advised by Gill. The property was let out within, under two-weeks. Jo was brilliant in advising rental pricing, she was very polite and professional and her performance was outstanding. Highly satisfied with the service. Thank you to the lettings team and Gill. Pleasure doing business with you Balgores. Would recommended to friends and family.

Recently Bought a property via balgores Basildon, really great help from start to finish and really informative with what was going on and the stage we was out throughout our purchase. It was our first property and they went above and beyond to help us through it step by step.
