Chelmsford and Basildon branches. Absolutely awful customer service. As a tenant you only ever receive contact if they want something and they constantly ignore any of your requests. Feel as though it’s once they have your money they’re no longer interested. Definitely try and avoid.

I guess it depends on the branch, but the Hornchurch branch is full of unprofessional staff, who we caught lying a number of times. They also overprice their houses by a considerable amount and tried to tell me my professional RICS qualified surveyor didn't know what he was doing.

Very poor communication from the estate agent. They recommended their solicitors so they say the whole process can be fast tracked. But that wasnt the case. Even their mortgage advice bureau was a complete farce. No one knew what was happening with the property we purchased. I would avoid using their solicitors and mortgage advice bureau.
