I had an excellent experience with Balgroes Gravesend from start to finish. I came across many estate agents, but Balgroes really stands out for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. They were always understanding and accommodating, especially around my work shifts and availability. Once I moved into the property, my property manager, Carlos Paternostro MARLA, was extremely helpful, supportive, and always willing to work around my circumstances. Throughout my tenancy, they carried out regular inspections and safety checks and genuinely looked after both the property and the tenant. When I moved out, I also received my full deposit back without any issues. I would highly recommend Balgroes Gravesend to anyone looking for a property in the area. If I could give more than five stars, I would give them 10 out of 10. Absolutely excellent service!

What a whirlwind! Paul Newell came to see me and after discussions, I put my house on the market with them. Great pictures were taken. Balgores arranged numerous viewings. The house was sold quickly. I bought and everything was signed, sealed and delivered in less than 10 weeks. Balgores were fab. They kept me updated, answered any questions. Following the death of my brother, I appointed JWWood to sell his property. Notwithstanding a perceived problem, the agent obtained numerous offers around the asking price and although one offer fell through after lengthy procrastination by the proposed buyer Clare Richardson and her team rapidly obtained another offer at a higher price. Thereafter Clare became my point of contact and after several months during which numerous issues needed to be resolved, the sale has now been completed. Many thanks goes to Clare for the professional manner in which she has handled a multitude of issues from the time the property was listed for sale to completion.
