GoogleI have used Balgores for a few years now for a rental property and they are superior to most others I have dealt with previously. Daniella in particular is exceptional and responds to queries and issues very promptly and takes ownership of the task in hand. I could not recommend both Daniella and Balgores any greater, 100% first class.

GoogleThis was both mine and my partners first time using a letting agent and it couldn't have gone any smoother, Daniella, Gavin and Jo in the lettings team have been brilliant, nothing is ever too much trouble, they are always cheerful, polite and very personable. We couldn't have asked for a better team to be looking after us. I would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotGreat service from the team
Great service from Balgores in selling our home. The well-organised team were always happy to help. Donna especially was an absolute star. She communicated efficiently and effectively with the rest of the chain. Her hard work was a major factor in ensuring that our sale went through to exchange. Would highly recommend.

I needed a good agency to let my mother's house when she went into residential care and then, in due course, to sell it. As I live some 500 miles away from the house I had to have an agency that kept me informed and could sort out all the day to day issues. Balgores Property did not let me down. Top marks.
