Balgores are my No. 1 "go to" agent whether it's selling or buying property - keeping me updated every step of the way. They have chased solicitors on my behalf all the way down the chain. This is the only agents that I've dealt with that have paid attention to every aspect of a sale or purchase and kept me updated at all times. This is especially due to the conscientious and untiring efforts of Sarah Oakley. Basically, anyone in this profession should look to Sarah Oakley to see how it should be done!I've also used Balgores for property lettings. Again, I can't fault their service in any way. From our first approach to Balgores Upminster branch, they have been quick, efficient and offered an excellent service. The marketing was very good and we received an acceptable offer for our property within a few weeks. Once that offer was accepted, the Sales Progressor, Donna, was fantastic. She 'walked' alongside us all of the way until completion. Very many thanks to the whole Balgores team but especially to Donna. A real star!
