I had an excellent experience with Balgores in Romford and they were not even my Estate Agent, they were my seller's Estate Agent! Ryan, Louise and Jake were all very helpful, efficient, hard working and friendly. I would definitely recommend the team at Balgores in Romford :-)

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt i needed to share. Recently had to put the family home on the market due to divorce, and following advice from solicitors, asked 5 different estate agents to value our property before choosing one to go with, Balgores being one of them. We ultimately decided to use a different agent, and this company have not left me alone- sending blunt texts asking why we didn’t choose them and seemingly not taking no for an answer. I found them unprofessional in that they kept calling and texting me - pushing me to potentially break my contract with my chosen agent, causing me extra stress and the need to send a message requesting they stop contacting me. I appreciate it’s a competitive industry, but I felt harassed.

We have sold and bought properties with them twice now and they are the best!! We did try other agents who are cheaper but they could not do the job as great and fast as Balgores. The experience and trust build over the years really shows in their selling abilities.

They set up multiple viewings and the property was rented very fast and at exactly the price they said they would achieve. I was very impressed with Daniella and how professional and responsive she was at all times. I will definitely be using Balgores again and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The worst estate agent that I have ever experienced. No customer service at all, no insight into the chain, no communication, passed around the office so having to explain yourself to multiple people. How they justify their 1.5% I do not know. Save yourself the stress and use someone else.
