I have recently completed the sale of my house through Balgores. I did this through Emily and Donna. I give special mention to Donna Hickey. Even though it was delayed by certain hurdles in the chain, Donna was not only professional, but offered moral support and encouragement throughout, she has good sense of humour which made It easier through the wait. Thank Donna and all @ Balgores.

On of the branch manager's come to our house to value the property and was quite frankly very rude and insulting. No real communication and conversation on reasons why selling etc. It was purely just walk in take measurements and that was it. The whole conversation didn't provide me with any confidence and generally told the manager to get out and don't come back.

Chris Wilkinson was fantastic, from each step along the way he was supportive, always clear and made things easy to understand. He was easy to contact with any questions and reassurances and was calm and professional throughout various situations that arose. We would highly reccommend his services and especially for anyone who works for NHS, fire&rescue or other jobs with specific pay structures. Cant reccommend highly enough!

GoogleWe bought and sold through Balgores. The sale went well and was handled very well. Our first attempt at a purchase was awful... we spent weeks being strung along by sellers who were being dishonest. When the director got involved, he made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about despite his colleagues agreeing that the sellers were being dishonest. I found this attitude to be very very disappointing and nothing was resolved as we chose to stop the attempted purchase as we were getting nowhere. I wish we would have pulled out sooner as it caused so much stress and everyone was so fed up with the situation. We decided to purchase through another agent and didn't look through Balgores for our second home because of this. Overall the sale and correspondence throughout with Connor, Josh, Andrew and Jason was fantastic and they always did their best to keep us in the loop. Sorry I can't say the same for the director.

GoogleFantastic service from Balgores on the recent sale of my house; at bang on 3 months to the date from first meeting Andrew to value my property to handing over my keys on completion of the sale it is impossible to fault this estate agency. As I was a distance vendor Connor was a great asset to the team at Balgores as he kept me regularly (sometimes daily) informed of progress during the marketing, sale and throughout the conveyancing period, thank you Connor. If you have a property to sell in and around Gravesend I heartily recommend Balgores!

No nonsense, to the point. The tenants have just moved in. Would recommend, and would use the service again.

GoogleDisappointing, uniformed, lazy service. To summarise; the service you should expect from this letting agency is that they will provide an outstanding job of simply unlocking a door and taking commission. Letting agent had no knowledge of the property, tax bands, agreements with landlord, etc. Was late to multiple of our appointments. No professionalism. We were fed promises in order to get us to put down deposit. None of the promises were kept to. Manager helped to soothe some of the issues with the let. However, simply promising to fix some of the issues and then not actually doing anything doesn't actually solve the issue. I wouldn't recommend using Balgores. It was our first time renting, for our second time we will definitely be looking elsewhere.
