GoogleFantastic experience from start to finish. Frank was always available when we needed him for something big or small (which was regularly!) Brilliant support as exchange approached, it got a little stressful due to the incompetence elsewhere in the chain, but Frank and Jason kept it going. We finally made it over the finish line and are due to complete in 3 days. Thank you for all your help, keeping us calm(ish) when it got tough.

I was really impressed with Balgores - they managed a sale and purchase for me. They were tenacious, engaging and went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. I had several buyers drop out and they managed to get new ones within a week allowing me to keep the house I was purchasing through them as well. My sale and purchase took 10 months! but they did not give up and did everything they could to help secure my new home. My agent Sean was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and would message in the evenings and weekend as soon as he had an update so I felt constantly in the loop with what was going on and supported through what was a very stressful process! I would highly recommend Balgores Romford.

I was looked after by Gill with regular updates including late evenings which I requested due to my work I was impressed with this service. I had viewed the property with Gill 3 separate occasions before putting my offer forward ( 45 mins detailed viewings ) yes Gill you definitely sold it to me with great advise how to increase square footage for my needs In the property we are very happy with the purchase. Balgores really do offer a remarkable service these guys are very professional and switched on when it comes to buying or selling your home a Massive thank you again to Gill & all the Balgores Team. GoogleWe received an exceptional services from Balgores, Gravesend. I initially chose this agent (over others) based on first impressions and online reviews. Now that we've finally come to the end of the house sale process, I can honestly say that I have no regrets about my decision. These guys were consistently polite, calm, professional and most importantly, personable. Nothing ever seemed too much effort for them and I never got the feeling that I was being a hindrance. Their communication is on point - whenever I was told that I would get a call back, I would (which I know from past experience is not always the case with estate agents) It's been a pleasure dealing with Balgores and I wish them the very best in smashing the Gravesend market! A HUGE thank you to Jason and Frank for all of your hard work and efforts over the last 8 months - you've been great and I will definitely be recommending your services to others.

GoogleExcellent service from a hard working team. In particular I am very grateful to Connor for his consistently excellent service. The branch manager Andrew Perry provided a detailed and accurate valuation. I was instilled with confidence from the offset; Andrew provided me with detailed research he'd conducted and was very honest. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was obviously very experienced. I was confident that signing up was a sensible decision. He was realistic but provided a better and more specific valuation than competitors. The photographer (an independent company) used by Balgores was fantastic; the owner visited himself, taking photographs and floor plan at very short notice. The attention to detail is excellent and they advise you on how to present your home for selling. The quality of the photography was exceptional and the property was well presented in images. When looking over Balgores' website I noticed the high quality of photos, which is what caught my attention in the first place. Within a matter of days Balgores had viewings lined up. It was obvious they had a healthy base of clients as this was before the property was launched on Rightmove and Zoopla. When I visited their branch, I found it well located, right near the railway station and car parking. It is well presented, very welcoming and well staffed. Connor was leading the sale and he kept me updated at all times. He regularly updated me with regards to viewings that were booked and feedback. He secured a sale straight away at exactly the figure they stated they would. Connor went above and beyond to facilitate viewings, as well as my phone calls. His communication skills are excellent and he was easily reachable, whether by phone or email. He was very honest and was able to give me sound advice when I needed it. Connor was very active in keeping the sale progressing, liaising with buyer, seller and solicitors. I was impressed by his proactiveness and approachability. He is a credit to the company. When Connor was out on viewings, Frank was on hand to answer any queries. Andrew was also available to provide updates. The whole branch was so efficient and very responsive, messages are always relayed to the right person. Their fees were reasonable and fair. Having such a professional business handling the sale on my behalf was very reassuring and I am relieved I didn't try to give it a go myself. I was so impressed that I referred a neighbour to Balgores who promptly secured their sale. I strongly recommend anyone use them and am sure you will get the same exceptional service. 5* thank you.

GoogleI have recently been involved in an extremely complicated purchase which involved a long chain and a number of difficult and challenging parties. I can say in all honesty that had it not been for Andrew Perry at Balgores it would have without doubt failed on many occasions. Andrew kept us informed, and was consistent and supportive throughout the long and arduous process - often when it was not his responsibility to do so. I cannot recommend Balgores enough - and will always be grateful to Andrew for his kindness during the many months that this took.

Balgores have been really helpful in my remortgage process; I have little experience in this area, so I appreciated Christian Wilkinson's expert advice and insight into the market. Buying a property is very highly likely to be very smooth specially for the first time buyers. And even all the property agencies are not the same in terms of dealing with individuals. Balgores Dagenham is definitely a recommended agency to work with. Had few delaying issues but it overall went well. A Highly Disappointing Experience with Balgores Romford Estate Agents I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received from Balgores Romford. Despite their grandiose claims of being able to sell my property within two weeks, my experience has been a frustrating and costly ordeal that I would not wish on anyone. After enduring 40 viewings and reducing the property price three times, the agents failed to deliver on their promises. Instead of taking responsibility, I was shockingly advised to find another agent. To add insult to injury, they ultimately admitted that they could not sell the property and suggested it be removed from the market altogether, a direct contradiction of their earlier bragging and assurances. To compound matters, I was charged £1,100 for searches and conveyancing fees, which were never even provided. This feels not only like a breach of trust but also outright exploitation, especially given the lack of results and the dismissive attitude I encountered. The entire process was riddled with miscommunication and false promises. Balgores Romford has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care throughout. I strongly urge potential clients to avoid Balgores Romford at all costs. If you feel compelled to use them, ensure you conduct extensive due diligence beforehand to avoid being misled as I was. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and out of pocket, with no results to show for my time, effort, or financial investment. Balgores Romford’s service has been nothing short of disgraceful.

Jason was excellent from the start. the house sold in three days of going on the market. They further helped by recommending a solicitor to make the whole sale as painless as possible. We really can’t praise highly enough how professional and diligent Deepuk and his team have been in dealing with the sale of our property in Hornchurch.We live in Australia and this brings a unique set of circumstances with time difference. The team worked hard to sell the property. They kept informed me of the housing market in the locale as the property I was selling was several hundreds of miles from me. Their opinions were honest and I felt reassured that my property and myself were in safe hands. There was respect on both sides throughout and communication could not have been clearer.
