Faith Restored!!

I had the pleasure of working with Kellee on the sale of my property and having gone through a terrible experience with my previous estate agent I was really jaded. Kellee is the epitome of professional. She gave me all the information I needed and reassured me. Balgores Upminster were great

Balgores Upminster were great, we sold our property quickly then lost out buyers, literally the whole branch worked tirelessly to find a replacement buyer. Branch Manager Richard was great when he valued our house, no pressure to go with them and when we did he didn't try to influence which package to go with. Both Chris & Heather in branch were able to step in and out of helping us easily so we felt very looked after. Communication was clear, advice was freely offered and when I wobbled whoever picked the phone up took the time to clam me down. We have a lovely new home thanks to Balgores Upminster and I can't thank them enough!!

Perfect from start to finish!

We recently sold our previous property and also purchased our new property, through Balgores Dagenham. Curtis done a fantastic job handling the sale of our house (for above asking price) and then provided us with a number of properties that fit our needs perfectly. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, especially given the current situation with the pandemic and also made us feel like friends rather than a client. Couldn't have done enough for me, definitely would use Balgores again

I had to sell and purchase a property given some unfortunate personal circumstances, and Curtis at Balgores handled both for me. These weren't straight forward transactions, however Curtis and the team handled it all for me to make it as seamless as possible. The transactions went through quicker than expected and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Estate agents often get a bad reputation, but these guys go above and beyond to help you and their advice and expertise is invaluable!

Wish I went with Balgores to begin with

I've been looking to sell my house now for the past 9 months which in current conditions was difficult and after trying a couple of different agencies a friend told me to try Balgores in Dagenham as they helped them to sell their property. They were very professional and carried out our viewings for us. All round excellent service - Balgores Romford

From start to finish the service provided by Gavin and team at Balgores Romford was excellent! From the first instruction to sell our property, the service was fantastic with regular updates reducing all the stresses that are associated with moving houses. Gavin put everything into Layman's terms and what really impressed us was the speed and efficiency of the process. Top quality photography was followed by numerous viewings and we were delighted with the amount of interest generated in such a short amount of time. All of this organised so carefully in the midst of a pandemic. The regular updates whether about viewings, offers or progress of the sale legalities, we always felt well informed from Gavin and the team.I would highly recommend Balgores Romford and would not hesitate to use their services again!

After dealing with a different agent… Balgores to the Rescue!

After dealing with a different agent for over 3 months and only managed to get one viewing, we reached out to Balgores Romford who turned this around got us multiple viewings and sold our property within 10 days.We dealt with Ross Burton at Balgores who was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process. arrogant, rude and not serious

Prior to the viewing they asked inappropriately detailed questions about finances as if you're trying to buy Buckingham Palace. On arrival the owner wasn't in and was never informed of the viewing. Balgores response: Ah well, bad luck. We don't even bother look at their property listings anymore, to us they're obvious scammers.

My husband and I were looking for a flat to start a family when came across Balgores Property Romford. We had excellent experience with one of the agents whose name is Katrina. She showed us the property and was extremely helpful, allowed me to make measurements and was very patient. Katrina was very knowledgeable about the property and gave very useful advise. Had a recent viewing for a duplex. The agent who showed us around was not accommodating and not knowledgeable about the property, telling us that all details will be in the pack that she has given us. Also made it a point to tell us that she has other people coming to view the property soon and wanting us out of the property. Also gave me a call back and asked why we viewed the flat if we now realise we want a house. As a customer, I would not want to deal with an agent who thinks that customers are dispensable just because there is a boom with housing sales. We viewed the flat as we were looking for either flats or houses and our viewings have led us to solidify our choice for wanting a house instead. We would have considered this is property if not for the subpar experience we've had. It is not up to the customer to read up on the property because as an estate agent, you should know what you are trying to sell. I think agents sometimes forget that the customer will only put their money into a company that makes the whole process of moving houses a less stressful experience than it already is.

Please ignore all the fake 5 star reviews saying things like Daniella is great (she really isn’t) and you are left with a lot of people saying the same thing which was also our experience. Once they have your money you’re gonna get ignored. We had several maintenance issues which we reported which were ignored and don’t even think about getting your deposit back without having to go through the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

It was a long & complicated journey but I’d just pop in & get any issue sorted out there & then. As a technophobe they would always help me with emails, copies & scanning things straightaway. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Frank was always available when we needed him for something big or small (which was regularly!) Brilliant support as exchange approached, it got a little stressful due to the incompetence elsewhere in the chain, but Frank and Jason kept it going. We finally made it over the finish line and are due to complete in 3 days. Thank you for all your help, keeping us calm(ish) when it got tough.
