Fantastic service from a professional team

Having previously had a bad experience selling a house I was very nervous. Daniel, from Balgores Basildon, very reassuring and the sales team were fantastic. They got to work quickly and soon we had a firm offer. A special mention must be made of Sara, who had a very nervous me to deal with. Sara kept me updated all the way through and was very determined to get this deal over the line within our time frame. Laura from DC Law was incredible and “held my hand” throughout the process. Can’t recommend Balgores enough!

Joe has been excellent throughout our purchase, and kept on top of the whole process and went above and beyond. We sold through another agent, but our purchase was with Balgores, and there was no comparison in the service given between Balgores and the other… we can’t thank Joe enough for pushing our chain on and getting things across the line. If we ever sell again we would 100% use Balgores!

Challenging purchase but all worthwhile!

Buying a property during the pandemic has been a long, challenging and frustrating process. I firstly want to thank Josh Finch who initially showed myself and my wife around to a few properties even drove us to a couple of viewings as we were travelling by foot, this was really appreciated. I wanted to say a big thank you to Lucy and Mackensie to get the mortgage application approved and keeping me informed at all stages.Last but not least me and my wife want to say a big thank you to Sarah Oakley who progressed our property purchase with efficiency, great customer service and always kept me informed of any and all changes (which was quite a few!) 5 star service from the lovely Joe Hayes at the Brentwood branch. He dealt with the sale of our property, and we ended up buying our new home from him too. He took all of the stress out of the equation and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how he dealt with both the sale and purchase so seamlessly. Very happy with the service in particular Allanah Buckroyd from Balgores Chelmsford.We had previously sold our property with another agent but our buyer pulled out close to exchange which would mean we would have to pull out from our onward purchase. We then instructed Balgores Chelmsford, Allanah and the team quickly arranged viewings and were able to secure a new buyer who could proceed quickly. Excellent service from Balgores when we wanted to purchase our first property. Thanks to Lucy Franklin our mortgage broker who helped us on our way to getting all the necessary paperwork we needed to get started. She was very friendly and professional and easy to work with and welcomed every inquiry we had and there was no silly question. We were then met by Balgores property consultant Josh Finch who was extremely helpful in helping us organise our viewings. He also endeavoured to allow a degree of flexibility to suit our busy schedules. Henry from the Loughton Branch has been exceptionally helpful in supporting both me and my husband whilst viewing a property that we might want to let in the Loughton area. He has been honest, trustworthy and ensured he has been available to us even out of office hours. He has listened to me ramble on about my personal concerns about the property and continues to try his best to put our minds at rest at each stage so far. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Simply the Best

My 90 yr old parents decided to move from Cornwall to Essex to be near family, and found a property through Basildon Balgores. The whole process was complicated by the pandemic but throughout, all the staff have been friendly, informative and (important to us) true to their word. Once my parents decided on a property, Sarah has been keeping us updated and answered a whole array of questions and concerns promptly, honesty and with good humor.
