GoogleI ask for a quick service, without the sale pitch and Jason definitely delivered on my brief. His communication was clear, prompt and courteous. Also dealt with Frank on the house viewings, who did a good job. We sold and completed in less than 8 weeks. Very happy with the service.

I dealt with Christopher West when selling my mothers house. I found him to be knowledgeable and very helpful in the initial setting up of the sale.Once photos has been taken the property was placed on the market at the correct price and the house sold within a day. I was kept fully up to date with how the sale was progressing by Balgores who endured a trouble free completion was reached. I would have no hesitation using Balgores again.

Absolutely delighted that we chose to go with Joe at Balgores on the sale of our property. Joe and the team at Brentwood are very conscientious and motivated to sell for you. Good communicators keeping you fully informed. The after sale service, before exchange and completion is excellent. This is when other agents drop off but Joe and the team worked hard to drive it through. Also calm you explaining the little hiccups are every day to them and help pacify you. We have received an excellent service from Balgores in the marketing and sale of our property. They handled all the viewings and worked around times convenient to us. We would like to thank Josh for dealing with the viewings and particular thanks to Sarah for all her hard work and tenacity in getting us to exchange of contracts on our sale and purchase at such a busy time in the property market. She has worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to achieve completion before the SDLT deadline. I would highly recommend Balgores in future to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleWe have moved house 7 times before but have never had an estate agent as professional and helpful as Andrew Perry at Balgores , Gravesend. Andrew and his colleagues, Connor and Frank were dedicated to providing a first class service throughout the sale, from the initial visit from Andrew to value our property, then Connor and Frank accompanying prospective buyers, right through to ensuring that contracts were exchanged within quite a fast period of time. Andrew regularly kept us informed of any queries or developments regarding our sale. Andrew also recommended a Conveyancing group of solicitors and, we were delighted with the speed and efficiency of the solicitor that we were assigned. Everything was done on an online portal which Andrew had access to and as a result, he was able to see how the sale was progressing and was also able to liaise with our buyers’ solicitor. We found this to be extremely helpful especially when there were a few issues that needed to be resolved as we were able to rely on Andrew to get things sorted on our behalf. I would have no hesitation recommending Andrew and his team to any friends or relatives who are thinking of selling their property.

GoogleDealt with Balgores during the purchasing process for my new home. Frank was my main contact and he was always readily available to deal with all issues promptly and professionally. Not only was he the main link for keeping communications throughout the chain, but his expertise was probably the main factor that prevented the entire chain from collapsing at one point. On the odd occasion where Frank wasn't available, there was always someone else to help or pass on messages to him. I won't hesitate to use Balgores when I next decide to sell my home. I just wish I'd sold with them this time instead of using Purple Bricks.

GoogleWe were extremely happy with the service we had from Balgores Gravesend. Andrew and the team were very professional, guiding us through the process with good advice, as we hadn't moved for 33 years we thought we would find the whole thing daunting. They were always at the end of the phone, acting on our behalf when necessary and always knowing exactly what stage we were at without prompting. I would definitely recommend also using their conveyancing team too, ours was the best solicitor in the whole chain for updates, action and access via email.

GoogleJason and the team and the Gravesend branch have been AMAZING! Jason did our valuation, he came prepared with comparables, how our home would be marketed, and spot on with the valuation, after also doing our own research. He even had our EPC, he stood out from two other local agents who valued our home. It’s our most expensive asset and we wanted to make sure it was in good hands through the sale, their fee came in slightly higher than the other two agents, however, you get the service you pay for, and it’s been an exceptional one. We wanted our sale in the right hands and not by local cowboys. The photos were amazing, they were efficient and within 24 hours of marketing, we had an over asking price offer, which was agreed with myself and Jason on a Sunday, even out of working hours, doesn’t stop these guys. We agreed the offer on the 22nd September, and have now exchanged, we are due to complete in two weeks to give us time to relocate up North. The timing has been tremendous. Clear communication throughout, we also used their solicitor recommendation to make the transition as smooth as possible, and it has been, the solicitor Arvillo, are just as efficient as Balgores. Again, everything was extremely transparent, to the point, I haven’t had to chase throughout any of the process, and very cost effective. My advice would be, get these guys around on a free valuation if you’re thinking of selling, and see for yourself, why this agent stands out from the rest. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE. Thanks again to Jason & the team, 5 star service all the way, it’s been a pleasure, during this chaotic time of relocating. Nic & Pete, Rochester Road.

The team are welcoming and friendly and we felt like they went out of their way to help us. We dealt with Andrew, Jason and Frank who were brilliant, but worked particularly closely with Connor who was an absolute pleasure. Enthusiastic, efficient and genuine.
