Starr West is a proven property professional. I received a friendly and professional service from the moment Starr answered my initial call. She was so pleasant to speak with and showed commitment and care towards me. I felt I was being treated in very high regard. I also had the pleasure of working with her team Ben and Daniel who are two exceptional agents and like Starr, clearly enjoy doing the best they can for their clients. I was very impressed with Charlie and his team. I had no experience of selling a property by auction but Charlie’s experience gave me confidence. He ensured I was kept up to date at each stage and I am so pleased I took his advice. Thanks to Charlie and his team’s hard work, the house sold for a much higher price than I expected and the process was quick and painless. Contracts were exchanged at the end of the auction and completion will be in 28 days. There is no chance of the buyer trying to re-negotiate on the price or trying to delay the sale. I would definitely use Balgores again and would recommend them as they were both efficient and professional.

Balgores Property been great - do not go with their in house solicitors !

Balgores Property has been an amazing service, the team there really did take the time to find me the perfect home that met my requirements. I have now moved in to my property. The reason why I have given this 3 stars and not 5 which I personally would of, is because they referred me to their in-house solicitors - AVRillo. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM ! I was quoted by the solicitors 2K but by the end of it i had to end up paying over £3,700, absolute joke ! This puts Balgores in a bad light as this is a service you recommend and offered. This has hugely put me out of pocket.

This organisation helped us to sell our existing house and purchase our new house. They took all of the stress and aggravation out of this process making it easy and straightforward for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They were unfailing in their limitless patience from the number of times they made themselves available to show us and our contractors our potential new house to the numerous times they helped us navigate the online conveyancing. Their knowledge of the market was spot on and their in-depth knowledge of their customer needs both ours and our buyers and sellers meant that they were able to smooth over any potential problems before they had time to materialise. When I moved the sale of my property from another agency to Balgores things were slow to develop, but after reluctantly reducing the asking price we had a response within hours from two potential buyers, one of whom is now the new owner of the house. We had deadlines to meet, which Frank and Andrew were aware of, and as the potential buyer was amenable to these, the deal was done with little fuss. With a close and regular contact and relationship between the agency and buyer, the agency and us, as well as both sets of solicitors, Frank was able to bring things to a satisfactory conclusion, for which we are grateful. Why only 4 stars? I'm not telling!!!

Awesome and Professional at the same time :) We had a wonderful experience with Balgores (Frank, Oliver and Andrew) with both the transactions i.e. our Property Sale and new property purchase!! If I have to describe Balgores in short, we would say "Reliable" and "Honest". They set our Sale expectations clearly, not lower not higher. Fees/Charges were very transparent, no hidden charges, no bargaining, no slabs, simple flat fees, no upfront payment and inclusive of professional services need to showcase our property. Balgores kept us and the buyer with updated information throughout the transactions, with very clear communications, especially with fluctuating market conditions. We didn't have to relist the property. Our overall experience with Balgores was very nice, not a single bit disappointment or negative experience !! Just to summaries, I can definitely recommend Balgores Gravesend team without giving a second thought, if you are looking to sell or buy a property ( This team will be my first choice for any future purchase!!) I highly recommend Balgores. Andrew Perry is a true professional, highly experienced; he provides great customer service and is very pleasant to deal with. Balgores handled the sale of our family home after my father died, which was obviously a sensitive time for us. Although Andrew found a buyer almost immediately, subsequent difficulties were created further down the chain and the sale took six months to complete. Andrew dealt with all this extremely well without showing any signs of frustration (although he would have been perfectly within his rights to do so), and he kept me fully abreast of every development (and lack of), with phone calls on a daily basis. It is difficult to imagine a more difficult set of circumstance; as well as it being right in the middle the post-Covid political environment, the war in Ukraine also began shortly after the sale was agreed. These conditions brought additional uncertainty and challenges, with a background of prices rising, interest rates increasing and house sales slumping. With precious little help visible anywhere else in the chain, it was Andrew’s skill, hard work and experience that held the chain together and got everybody over the line. Thank you Andrew.

Daniella has been wonderful. She made the whole process of renting my apartment stress free and easy. The Weapons at Upminster Balgores.

From the date the better half and I got in contact with the absolute rascals of a team at the Upminster Branch we knew we were in safe hands. We tasked Abbie and Chloe with procuring the home of our dreams (no easy feat with the boxes that needed ticking). The Balgores team shortlisted properties, handled our demands with the upmost professionalism and located a property that both "er indoors" and I fell in love with. During the whole process their communication couldn't be faulted and then they passed us to Chris. Chris executed the purchase as a very seamless process bringing in his colleague Donna at the last minute to finalise the details.... What a bunch of Weapons they are! Last but not least I would like to thank the mortgage broker that they introduced us to. A big shout out to Peter Walker! The term "high velocity impact" must have been coined for this man! He delivered his charisma, charm and wit throughout making what would normally be a stressful experience very enjoyable and a fun process. Peter must knock on the doors of banks and mortgage lenders with a sledgehammer, he was always there and always willing. A true professional with so much knowledge of the industry, he had the answers before the questions had even been raised. If only all experiences with Estate Agents and Customer service in general was this good the world would be a better place. This is a very real true review!

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson​ helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. I have to say we have had other mortgage advisors in the past, however Lewis and Hayley have exceeded our expectations and we will continue to use their services for future mortgages.

Selling my house through Bagores

I am a real seller - Selling my house through Balgores! Nice people - miss leading sale pitch on the buy in protection agreement! If buyer wants to make bids and pull out, they can, and you get nothing - so you think your selling, paying fees and they can pull out without consequences . Thats my experience . Obviously the fault of the false bidder!i The 5k sales protection is a miss sell (in my opinion only ) they make a big thing - First sale fell through. I don’t know if it’s just Balgores Chelmsford that’s miss selling but it’s not the protection I thought we were paying for. Still, nice people at balgores - pointless agreement if the buy’er can pull out weeks later. (Wasting time and money)
