Wonderful service

As first time buyers, we had little understanding on how to go about applying for a mortgage. Peter was very helpful in advising on the mortgage application and throughout the whole process. Our buying experience was full of postponements and delays yet Peter and the Balgores Sales team were the one team that was chasing and on our side. Abbie and Donna were always super responsive and helping us with queries and follow ups. We are really happy with their service and we highly recommend it! Thank you very much!

The handling of our house purchase was done very professionally by the team at South Woodham, as was the sale of our property by the team in Basildon. I would certainly recommend Balgores to anyone selling or buying a property.

Balgores Upminster - First Time Buyers - Team are super helpful on every step of the process

We worked with Abi, Peter & Claire on the purchase of our first home Abi was so fabulous & showed us around a number of properties - she always made sure to call ahead of a property going live on site and have us booked as one of the first viewings We worked with Peter and Claire throughout for our Mortgage. We checked in with multiple brokers & comparison sites and Peter provided a rate significantly more competitive than anything we'd seen with other brokers / lenders. We were first time buyers, Peter & Claire supported throughout the process, always available on email or phone to answer any questions we had - taking us through all the terms of the offer Highly recommend working with the in house team - you can generally get a response from both broker and agent within an hour and it keeps the sale moving at a good pace

Outstanding rental services

I would like to give the highest possible praise to the overall rental service from Balgores Properties and in particular to Dan Lawrence. Dan deals promptly with issues that arise. He makes sure the tenants are listened to and problems sorted in a timely way. Dan always keeps me informed as to what is going on and presents me with solutions, not problems. Dan is a great communicator, fabulous to work with and highly recommended.

Balgores Team Romford

I would like to leave some feedback about Balgores team in Romford 😊. They are profesionals, helped so much for buying first home. Since the first call to arrange a viewing they was fabulous. They felt my lost soul in this process so after a call with Germma I was encouraged, calm and looked after. Everything was explained clearly, help offered, other services (solicitors, insurance) was offered. This is the best team I could get for the first time buying house. I can't express how grateful we are that we meet you all. Thank you!

The viewing was organised swiftly and professionally carried out - the agent was very pleasant and helpful. Jade, who handled the purchase process has been excellent. Very friendly and helpful and nothing was too big of an ask. I’d definitely recommend JW Wood and Jade to anyone looking to purchase one of their properties.

Cemalie Doganca- mortgage advisor who helped me

The mortgage advisor who helped me through the application process was phenomenon. Her knowledge, expertise and professionalism was second to none. She was extremely helpful and communicated so well throughout the process. She updated me with progress of my application in a timely manner and discussed all my options and recommended products based on my needs. Cemalie Doganca is an asset to her company. Balgores was the agent we used to buy…

Balgores was the agent we used to buy the property. In the final stages of the exchange Billy and Paul both worked hard to get this over the line, especially as the deal ran into some difficulties with our buyer. In the end Billy’s tenacity helped move it forward and finally we succeeded. Two nice guys who are easy to talk to and very professional. Happy to give highest recommendation. Thanks fellas 👍👍

Thank you Peter & Claire

We could not be more grateful to have been supported by Peter and Claire whilst buying our first property. They both go above and beyond to ensure you are kept informed and happy with every decision along the way. No question or request was ever too much for them and Pete was amazing at explaining anything we didn’t quite understand and providing us with his professional advice and opinions. Thank you both for making this such a smooth and enjoyable process!

Balgores Property Upminster Branch were…

Balgores Property Upminster Branch were excellent from start to finish. We were very impressed with how polite, caring and professional Christopher was from the initial valuation, marketing and thereafter. Abbie, Chloe and Ricky kept us well informed about viewings and feedback. Abbie and Chloe also did the viewings. Once the sale was agreed Ellie sent the appropriate paperwork via email and Donna was our Sales Progressor. The whole team worked hard to secure a sale and for this we are extremely grateful. I would recommend Balgores to anyone who wants to sell their property in the Upminster area.
