GoogleI have been blown away by the level of customer service provided by Wards. From the very beginning at the viewing, right up until the exchange all staff we have spoken to whether it be answering the phone or responding to an email have all been most accommodating and extremely friendly. Even though they have had overwhelming workload during Covid, Wards and most importantly Stacey have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and couldn’t speak more highly of their level of professionalism. We didn’t have an easy ride, Stacey ensured everything was dealt with in a assertive and timely manner and reassured me every step of the way. I can’t thank you enough for the smooth process from your side and I will definitely recommend your services and hope to return ourselves later on down the line.

GoogleI feel sorry for anyone using this incompetent organisation. We used their on line book a viewing "service" to book a viewing. It had clear instructions. All I got was a text to call when I called I had to go through the entire details again. So a complete waste of time, but I get the idea of wanting to talk to perspective purchaser's. After repeating the details they said that they would contact the vendors and call me back... Then silence! This is entirely consistent with my dealings with Wards in Strood in the past. I strongly suggest using other estate agents.

The branch received your request in the afternoon to view a property on the following day. They attempted to contact the seller but were unfortunately unable to do so on that day and when you spoke to the branch the following morning, you decided against viewing the property. GoogleA great agent, thank you all, despite a rocky start with being let down by buyers initially, they all worked very hard to get a sale through very quickly. Stacey Fearon has the patience of a saint, and I cannot fault her and her communication was 100% :) she worked so hard, understanding the sense of urgency in getting the sale through for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to those looking to sell or buy THANK YOU.

GoogleWould give 0 stars. We had a booking for Bycliffe Close on Saturday 9th March 2019, upon arrival at the right time that was booked by the estate agent a week prior. We were informed by the agent said she had to go see another property. My husband said why book people in when your meant to be out of a property by a certain time? So she called the Gravesend office to speak to her manager to see if she could allow us to view the property; however following that phone call she said her manager said she had to leave the property. Muppet estate agent, go else where seriously, this estate agents will give you nothing but stress!!
