GoogleFrom the first days valuation of our property ,wards of Gravesend couldn't be more helpful ,they have been with us every step of the way . The staff there including Nick the manager , Anna , sim and the rest of the team were all fantastic , any time you need a question answered they are happy to help and your not made to feel like a nuisance phoning . We would definately recommend them to anyone selling or buying .We sold and bought through Wards , using one solicitor helped a lot all inhouse keeps it all under one roof . so easier to keep on track,.I'm sitting in my new home and feeling really content Thankyou for your supportive staff Mr and Mrs Rouse

GoogleNick and the whole team at Wards have been great through the whole process of moving home. They quickly found me a buyer for my property and then listened to my requirements and found me a house that ticked all of my long list of boxes. When my original sale fell through they lined up new viewings and within two weeks the house was under offer again. I was kept up to date at every stage of the process and Nick spent a stressful few days chasing up AWOL solicitors to ensure contracts were exchanged and I am now happy in my perfect new home!
