GoogleThroughout our property search, Wards Gravesend have been very proactive sending out property recommendations and regularly catching up to see how we were getting on. The team have been great, in particular Louise who has been fantastic and so helpful, finding a number of properties for us to view. We have now found a property (through a different agent) but I would definitely recommend registering with Wards when searching for a property! GoogleWe were already registered with Wards Gravesend who were sending properties across to us on a very regular basis. Once we found a property we liked, the viewing process was smooth and easy (unlike some other agents who require heaps of information from you before you can view). From the first viewing right through to collecting our keys, the team at Gravesend were an absolute pleasure. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and we received excellent customer service throughout. We would particularly like to say a big THANK YOU to Blaine and Debbie whose service was just amazing! They were very helpful in assisting us source brokers and solicitors as well as progressing the house purchasing process. Thank you for helping us buy our first home!! We encountered several setbacks during our sale, however we were constantly reassured that matters were in hand to overcome these setbacks, and indeed they were. GoogleStacy was very instrumental for my viewing and having my offer accepted , she worked tirelessly to move things going forward and assisted with organizing a Mortgage advisor who was excellent and very helpful, Once there is any Delays Stacy was always available to lend a hand thankfully everything worked out fine in the end and contracts exchanged . GoogleWards of Gravesend were great, but purchasers - deceitful. I put my house up for sale with Wards of Gravesend around 10 months ago. To say that the now aborted process of several sale attempts went easily is a gross overstatement culminating with Covid 19. The one and only good thing in the somewhat sordid process was the kind attention, and help of all of the staff at Wards of Gravesend throughout the entire process. I will single out in particular the lovely lady who I dealt with most often Stacey Fearon. Thank you Stacey. Whenever I needed things to move forward and a response from solicitors urgently, I would call her and she would contact them and things would move forward. GoogleWe have had a very stressful time with solicitors during the process of our move and Wards have been absolutely fantastic the whole time. In particular Simran, who has been helping us from the word go - but also Nick and Matthew. They always pick up the phone and do whatever they can to keep things moving. We had low and unfair valuations from other agents who clearly just wanted a quick sale but Wards achieved a price we were extremely happy with after just 3 viewings. GoogleI couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Wards of Gravesend. Nick was great when he valued my property and he listened to all of my requirements and dealt with me really well, he was also very friendly and funny too. He gave me great confidence that he would sell my property quickly as it had great potential. This was a great start with my journey with Wards. Then Stacey looked after everything while Nick went on holiday and again she was lovely, friendly with a great personality. She called me every day and got someone through the door within a couple of days of the house going on the market. She feels more like a friend and a pleasure to deal with. I can't sign off without mentioning Matt, he was always so friendly when he spoke to me and always got Stacey to call me back, so I was never forgotten and I really enjoyed speaking to him. I would 100% use Wards again and thank you all for your time and effort in helping in an unusual situation.
