I had quite a challenging journey with moving home. Mostly, wards were good, the girls in the Gravesend office were amazing and very helpful. Amelia was amazing with helping sort my mortgage/finances out. She was very thorough. Kim, the senior sales processor kept in touch at all times. She was great when I needed updates. I would say to read the small print on any paperwork the branch manager asks you to sign. There was a catch to what price my house went on the market for, with regarding the fees I had to pay. It wasn’t explained to me so when I questioned it I was asked to read the small print. Would have been helpful to be told. Just one niggle I had, my for sale sign never got replaced with a sold sign, so I was forever being questioned about my house not selling. Not the best advert for wards themselves.

Having used Wards in the past and receiving a great service when selling and purchasing our own properties, for us it was the right choice to use Wards again for the sale of our parents property under probate. Wards are professional and have a friendly approach, for us the sale of the property couldn't have been in better hands, they arranged an open house day and kept us informed of each prospective purchaser and of all feed back received. The Sales Coordinator Kim was the person liaising between all sets of Solicitors, she kept us updated with all aspects of how the sale was progressing, dealing with any issues along the way and chasing Solicitors when needed. We found Kim to be pleasant and very helpful and through her coordination the sale progressed smoothly and efficiently. We would also like to thank, Kenny Branch Manager of Gravesend and his staff, Simran, Yasmin and Maria, they were always very professional, friendly and helpful in their dealings with us. Simran was our main contact and was always just a phone call away if we needed any questions answering, and with updates on the sale. We highly recommend all the team of Wards and would not hesitate to use them again in the future

What can I say about Kim? It was a process that lasted a good while with issues from my side but Kim was a life saver throughout. Wards was initially very proactive in marketing my property. Everyone was polite, pleasant and professional Unfortunately the process took so long that only Yasmin was there throughout. Anna worked really well in meeting our needs to get the sale through - great communication and attention to detail. Our sale was then taken over by Kim, due to Anna’s departure to a new branch. During my property search and viewing process, I interacted with quite a number of estate agents. I found the service provided by Wards of Gravesend Estate Agents to be highly professional. From the very beginning, arranging viewings was handled efficiently (some agencies from other companies asked me to wait over a week just to arrange a viewing, even for properties with very little interest!). In contrast, Kenny arranged a viewing for me within a few days during the same week. After my offer was accepted, they also recommended their in-house mortgage broker. Max, with his professionalism and efficient approach, helped me secure a mortgage offer with a low interest rate within just one week. During the subsequent negotiations between my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor, Kim provided regular updates, ensuring the transaction progressed smoothly.
