Googleeven tho I did not have ward as my agent, i wish I had gone with them . highly recommend, Shonna. Shonna gave me more advise then my own agent, she is the most helpful person that i have come across in the whole process. shonna, guide me though every stage and is a wonderful kind person, as said before she did not have to help me as she was not my agent. On the whole a very lovely young lady, that deserves to be recognised , for her fantastic customer service. thank you Shonna for being at the end of the phone. My super star !!!!!

GoogleGreat service from Stacey and Nick at Wards Gravesend. We had our property on the market with a different Estate Agent earlier in the year and only had 4 viewings.. Moved to Wards Gravesend and sold our property within 2 weeks of going on the market. Both Stacey and Nick were very helpful throughout the sale and offered help and advise during the many issues we experienced with our solicitor (Poor solicitor was recommended by a different agent!). If we ever move again, we will definitely be back :)

GoogleThroughout our house search, Anna and Sim were great. They listened to our preferences and tried to accommodate these when bringing properties forward. Always reachable by phone and email and not at all felt pressured or pushed which you sometimes get with agents. Highly recommend if looking for your next home within the Gravesend area

GoogleAbsolutely great service. Buying a house was not that bad of an experience thanks to Kim and her team. They have managed to speed up the process and so we have not exceeded the time limit for increased stamp duty. That saved us a big chunk of money. Thank you to all involved.

From our first meeting Nick was honest with us and him and the team were proactive in getting our house sold quickly. Throughout the transaction they have helped support us in chasing down solicitors and following up on updates and have managed to keep me largely sane throughout a stressful process!
