GoogleI engaged Wards Gravesend Branch to sell a property. My first impressions were from Sim Bahia, who met me at the property to value it. The valuation was favourable ( and as it turned out after the sale, more accurate than other agents who valued the property), and Sim had clearly done a lot of research to back up her opinion. I had a written valuation with full details of the services offered by Wards within 3 hours. Subsequently a buyer was found within a week or so and Sim and Anna in particular kept me informed of progress and dealt with queries from both the buyers and myself quickly and effectively. Finally, there was a need for some negotiating around an issue which reared up towards the end of the process, and Nick Oakley guided us very skillfully through that. All in all I found the service from Wards excellent and would highly recommend them.

GoogleI had a brief experience with ward estate agent at gravesend. Excellent customer services, their mortgage advisor whom they recommended to me was very good and helpful at the start but due to his own personal reason Joseph decided not to put a full mortgage application on my behalf. The same lender whom he claim can not lend me money is the same who has given me a mortgage and I’m very happy that I now own a house.

Previously on selling another property used a different estate agent and not satisfied with service received hence why we went for wards.

GoogleThey where great at showing the property, which I placed an offer and was accepted. The sale process was more difficult partly due to covid. Stacey Fearon replied to my emails quickly and eventually I got the keys. Overall they have been very good.
