I have tried to sell my property through this company for over 19 weeks but still not sold which I can’t blame them for it, it’s the market. so I decided to take it off the market but then when I called up I spoken to the branch Partner Andy as soon as I broke the news to him he nearly attacked me through the phone was really rude was telling me he is very upset because I’m taking the business away from him I got so scared that I had to start recording the phone calls because I could not believe how you was speaking to me I am now very disappointed I will never be dealing with this gentle and again he just need is mentality.

Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend Branch generated plenty of interest in my late Mother's bungalow and although our first buyer encountered a problem with his sale and pulled out, they re-marketed the property and a new buyer was found within a couple of weeks plus this was over Christmas and the New Year. Jo Rossiter with her cheery voice and disposition was excellent and kept me informed of progress on the sale and made an emotionally charged experience much easier.

I am renting a property and used these guys after having a terrible time with Purple Bricks, my move with them was scheduled for 23 March 2019 by the second week of May i still hadn't moved and was told..again..that I wouldn't be moving for at least another 2 weeks. Quality service from start to go finish. Tom valued our house and wasn't pushy trying to get us to market, waited til we were ready. Did just stick it on the net and wait, our buyer hadn't even seen 1 picture of our house before making an offer. Did our mortgage through Ben and again much the same as Tom wasn't pushy and always happy to talk. The after sale was also excellent with a tricky chain, Jo and her team were excellent in chasing solicitors and other agents. Can't praise them enough.
